I am extremely frustrated with your service! I had the option to order my contacts through another retailer and I decided to go with your company. I ordered my contacts on Feb 26, 2024 to have on time for a wedding tomorrow and I still don’t have them. I tried contacting customer service and that was a fail. I don’t understand why they were sitting for a week before they were shipped.

Very disappointed that I could not use my 10% off code on my order. Apparently this is not allowed if the glasses already have a regular discount on them. However this rule is not stated on the promotional 10% off code that I received for being a first time customer. Not a great way to start off in my opinion.

No hidden fees unlike other contact lens vendors. I could have gotten my contacts for $5 cheaper (total) through a competitor, but I would rather do business with a company that doesn't use marketing tactics based on consumer ignorance.

Excellent phone service selecting sunglasses and successfully places by an order. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. I have not received my order yet nor had the total customer experience with EZContacts or the rating could be a 5!
