It's pretty straight forward and simple to use. My main complaint is the time it takes before it ships and it would be nice if customers were made aware of that time line when ordering.

Easy website to order from but I placed an order on 9/3/2024 and it got shipped on 9/16/2024. That seems like a very long time to pick 2 boxes of contacts, put them in an envelope, add a shipping label and send it on its way.

4-6 weeks is too long to wait, can you tell me why it takes so long?

Not really happy with having to wait over 6 weeks for glasses that were listed as being "in stock" on the website, but were backordered. I reached out multiple times and was repeatedly told that they "should ship in 1-2 weeks." After all that, they didn't even show up with a hard case. If you have time to waste and you aren't relying on new glasses to be able to see, give them a shot. I won't. I've learned my lesson.

Buyer beware, I was excited when my sunglasses order was confirmed on 7/28 and expected in 7-10 days in plenty of time for my son’s birthday. Unfortunately… I received a notification, two weeks later, that the order was not available (out of stock) and asked would I like to replace it with something else! This made me think that I was dealing with a “bait and switch” operation, but I didn’t cancel my order and waited it out, checking my emails daily. Finally, out of the blue, 9/12 it was delivered. The item itself is awesome, my son loves them, and in the end I did save quite a bit. Not a “bait and switch” after all. Just small business as usual.
