My very first and only order as I will never purchase from them again... I ordered and still not shipped over a week later, I called customer service and was told the contacts were on backorder from the place they get them from. Never sent an email or phone call or nothing to update me. Told me it wasn't their problem. I asked for a manager and was hung up on. Spent another hour waiting to get another rep on the phone all to be told well we are sorry and all we can do is expedite your shipping for free. Very rude, not satisfied whatsoever will not be a return customer.

I placed an order in February and finally receiving it at the end of March. When I did reach out to customer service they did explain the situation. Waiting over a month to receive an order seems a little crazy.

Ordered two frames 3/16. Haven’t received them. Just got tracking numbers this morning. Not happy waiting almost 10 days to get two frames. NO LENSES.

Ordered one set of frames, sent a different one. Instead of doing a simple exchange, EZContacrs saying they sent me the correct ones to begin with. Not happy. Customer service is terrible.

The glasses I ordered had a shipping window between 2-6 weeks and took over the estimated time. Called multiple times to receive updates and was met with 6 weeks aren’t up yet. I didn’t not feel valued as a customer when all I wanted was to be updated as I did give them my money for over a month with no product in return.

I have not received my contacts despite the fact that I paid for quick shipment on 3/19 because I was going out of town. Then they offered to send it to the address that I was going to be, but now I have received a notice that it is going to my home address. I am very confused and not well servd.

"Processing time" is a joke. Ordered contacts on March 17th and they weren't shipped until March 24th and that was after I had to chat on why they hadn't shipped yet.

Ordered contacts 10 days ago and they haven’t left the facility yet. I sent a question as to why and so far have received no response. The only thing quick about this company is the speed at which they capture your money. If you are in a bit of a hurry, think hard before committing here.
