I ordered contacts from this company and was very unsure if they were legit. The very first pair I used was damaged from the Right contact. I am not sure if these are inferior or rejects, but I should have known better. They were the least expensive, and I wonder why now. I just got them and they took the entire 7 days to arrive, and now that I have a problem, they have a notice that states they will be closed from 10/16 through 10/27/25. They also send me emails everysingle day, which is about the most annoying thing any company can do. I can't even call them now until 10/27/24 and I am expecting more problems and they may say it is too late for any returns. I will file with the Better Business Board and the FTC/FDA about inferior products through the mail across State lines.

Horrible experience, still waiting on my order from over 2 weeks ago it has not been shipped. No way to contact anyone about my order. I just tried to call and they are closed for an entire week for a holiday? going to dispute this seems like a scam.

Found a pair of glasses I had tried in a local store for half the price. They fit well, and the bifocal area was placed well. I will definitely buy here again.

I ordered the product Monday evening and paid the extra 8.95 cent for three-five day shipping hoping it would arrive for my wife's bday. As of Wednesday at noon the website says still not shipped. So even though the price was good I have been less than impressed on the shipping and probably won't order from here again

I ordered glasses from here before and never received them after 3 months. They did not charge for them. I am trying to order a new pair again. They showed to be in stock, so maybe they will ship. The price for them is better than everyone elses price. Hopefully they will ship this time.

I've ordered from EZ Contacts on several other occasions and this time was absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE first off they totally messed up my order I ordered 3 pair of sunglasses and 1 pair of eyeglasses which was not cheap they sent me a child pair for one and a different color for another and one still hasn't been shipped out I'm returning entire order once I receive the last pair (which probably is not in stock) I will absolutely NEVER EVER EVER order from them again 😤!!!!!!!!! However they did get the eyeglasses right....as they should have

Hi, I ordered my glasses on September 9th, but put the wrong prescription in. I fixed it quickly and then waited....and waited. I emailed 3 times to follow up on the order and ultimately tried to cancel it because it was taking so long. Anyway, I finally got them and they are great, just took too long...

I love EZ contacts! My contacts are right and on time every time. But I have ordered several pairs of glasses and they never arrive on time and they are never right. I have a drawer full of them that I can't even wear. There's never an offer for refund or anything. I've been a customer for many years and I really hope this issue is addressed!

I had never heard of this website, but found it on my Google search for contacts. I was a little nervous to order, but I am so glad that I did! I saved over $200 on a year's supply of my contacts versus what I normally spend at the eye doctor AND the shipping was very fast! I am so impressed and I really recommend this site!

Disappointed, Silhouette Illusion Nylon frames too small for my trifocal lenses. Silhouette Urben NEO Full rim frames have a bar above the nose piece that is ugly but lens would accommodate the trifocal lens. Need different frame. Need to return the frames.

I have used ezcontacts before and been quiet happy with the quality and speed of delivery. Although, with this order I am very disappointed. while the glasses did arrive quite fast, the condition of the lenses is unacceptable. now, this is the fourth pair of glasses i've recieved from this company and none of the other three had any blemishes, scratches or imperfections of any kind on them. this pair on the other hand had two long scratches on the left lense and an 1/8th" group of scratches about a 1/2" wide across the right lense. my theory with the scratches on the right lense is that there was a machining error that destroyed the coating in the area.

These contacts are NOT for me, and I need to return them. They are definitely not what my doctor's office has. The packaging looks the same; but after two hours of having them in my eyes I could NOT see! It was the scariest thing, and I was NOT home, nor did I have glasses with me. I called my doctor's office who got me in the very next day, yesterday 10/18/2024 and they gave me a different pair although it came from packaging that looked identical to what was shipped to me from EZ contacts, they are not the same. I'm so upset. I wore these contact lenses for two days, a new pair each day as they are daily wear. I will not put these in my eyes again. If I could give negative stars I'd have to opt for that.
