I’ve ordered many years ago from EZ Contacts. I’m not happy that I got charged for my contacts before prescription verification and shipping. On top of that I paid extra for faster shipping.

After not hearing about my order for approx. a month I contacted EZ Contacts to enquirer about delivery only to find out that the product I wanted was back ordered and would be another 3-5 weeks. Ordered product in August and didn't received until October. In this day and age, there is no reason why a company cannot let you know when you order if an item is in stock and if not expected delivery date.

I ordered 6months of contacts 2 have torn and 1 has been stretched beyond wear. I don't have pics. I am on my 4th pair. I just placed recd this order in Sept 16th 2024.

Where did you drop this order because it wasnt where deliveries are supposed to go. It was not there yesterday, nor today. Where did your driver put it? Where are my contacts?

I haven't even gotten the contacts yet and you want a review. I opted to wait until the contacts arrived, but here we are. I am very concerned about companies that are more concerned with stars than their clients. You want more starts? Just do what you are supposed to do, when you're supposed to do it.

Ordered frames 9-16, 2024. As of 10-17, frames have not been received. On 10-17 We were notified of impending shipment. We heard nothing for one month after the order. I doubt we’ll do business with you again. Steve Dolniak, 309-533-1104
