Purchased Emzioni 4051 eyewear in a discontinued color that was available only here. It was sold at a great price and arrived in perfect condition within 2 business days. The free specs cleaning spray and cardboard solar eclipse glasses were a treat. The inside packaging needed padding for the case which had a few smudges on it. Awesome seller and I will return when I'm in need of another pair.

I’ve ordered twice from EZContacts now and both times have been a great experience. It’s very simple to order what you need and then upload your prescription. Shipping is also really cheap for how fast you get it, my orders have both shipped out very fast and I receive them not too long after they do ship.

I had issues with the prescription not being accepted and ezcontacts fixed it. I’m really happy with my order now and I can’t wait to get my contacts !! :)

I was calling once again to check on my order # 3808173 and the agent hung up on me! I called again and waited for another customer service representative as the one that hung up on me did not bother to call me back. The next customer service representative was rude and snappy at me. I just can’t win with you representatives! They give terrible service!

Terrible customer service! No one ever answered my call. I was on hold for 30 minutes several times. Not doing business with them ever.

These are the best prescriptive glasses that I have ever worn, especially to be ordered on-line. The frames are beautiful. I think they fit my face OK, but, I wanted that "POP!" I don't blame the compnay. It was my choice. I couldnt get the Try-On to work for me...probably operator error. But, I will be ordering again. Great job.

I wouldn’t know where to start this company is horrible to say the less. No answers the phone I was on hold for over two hours for three days when I tried to call about an email I received. For every pair of glasses I ordered there was an issue and when I say every I mean 6 pairs- I had to change them because you guys couldn’t add the RX - but a pair that asked just be sent ( because I was sick of the back and forth) were filled at LensCrafters on the same day - these after waiting for dames day shipped glasses that take over a week to get an email that said you couldn’t add the RX - I am waiting for a pair now that was told to me I should be getting them in two weeks- I got an email today it would be longer - this company is trouble I wish I could give less the one star

I paid for 1 day shipping. I purchased it on Thursday and the delivery is set up for Monday. That's not overnight shipping.
