Very confusing dealing with customer service. Too many different reps that don't look at order or email history. Several different responses. Products not arriving on time.

They are great with the exception of the rewards program. Will not allow you to use the rewards you earn along with any discount! That kinda defeats the purpose of rewards.... They always claim some discount.

Honestly disappointed with how long it took to dispatch my shades. The description promises 3-5 day shipping time, and it’s been over a week. I just received a notification saying they’ve been dispatched this morning (10 days after placing the order), so I won’t have them in time for the trip that I purchased them for. I hope they’re cute whenever they arrive!

Sent a 10% off first order the day after my first order had shipped. You had better choose carefully because EZcontacts charge a $8.95 return postage fee extracted from your refund. If you wanted to give a discount why didn’t you apply it to my $300+ order. Thanks for nothing !

My contacts were manufactured 4 and a half years ago and expire in only 6 months. Now I see why EZContacts is cheap. I was told they are dailies and I can use them in time.

While it's true that contact lenses can have different expiration dates due to production runs and other factors, this doesn't affect the quality of the lenses as long as they are within the indicated expiration dates. We've thoroughly checked your order and confirm that your contact lenses have enough time before their expiration date. Additionally, we see that you have already been assisted by one of our customer service agents who has already sent you a prepaid return label if you still wish to return them. I bought the product I wanted, but not in the time I was expecting. EZ Contacts said it would ship in 3-5 business days, but did not move for a few weeks. I called about my order two separate times, and both times they said they were out of stock and waiting for the vendor to ship their supply. It’s been a month. Still waiting 🙄
