The item I ordered wasn’t in stock and they didn’t inform me til after I purchased it then would accommodate me for the inconvenience all they said was we will keep you updated til the item restocks they could’ve at least gave me free shipping for the inconvenience

I ordered eye ointment drops 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything back from this company. My credit card was charged upon the order. I have tried calling the company without success even utilizing the call back feature. I am very dissatisfied. Not sure if I’ll even get the product

Never been given so much of a hard time to order anything online. All over perscription that I originally submitted from my doctor. First for everything.

I am very disappointed in this company. I placed an order for sunglasses (no prescription) expecting to receive them in 5-7 business days that was on February 16th 2024. It is now February 29th 2024 and I am being told the manufacturer says it will be about 3-4 weeks before they will even ship them out. Please stop saying they are in stock and available to order and will receive in 5-7 days, it is very misleading. I will never purchase from this company again.

I’ve ordered six pairs of glasses with ezcontacts. The glasses are fine, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend selecting expedited shipping, as the lens prep time is just however long they want to take at the lab. “The fine print even says the delivery guarantees are just estimates”. A for glass quality, F for customer service.
