I will be calling customer service. I was sent 1 individual pack of colored contact. One for left and one for the right I thought I reorder the entire box. I clicked reorder. But even if I DID NOT , when and IN WHAT WORLD is it $75 for 2 contacts!! I will be calling customer service and returning for a refund. LAST TIME ORDERING.

I accidently submitted the wrong order (wrong type of contact). They said hey this is wrong. Wow thanks for the correction, I will fix it. Then shipped the wrong thing. WTF Yeah then boo. Frustrated that I took the chance on the site.

Awful awful. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from you, trying to give you a second chance. Took longer for this damn order than the first. Never order from you again

Upon checking into your order, we see that the frames you selected have a 4-6 week processing time as we are awaiting the product from our manufacturer. Please note that as stated on our website, paying extra for expedited shipping does not speed up this processing time, only the time the product is shipped from our warehouse to you. I enjoy purchasing my lenses through you, i have for a while now. In the past, i was able to use affirm as a payment option. Now, it is asking me to confirm my identity and it will not allow me to use affirm even though my ID is valid with my face. I then had issues with the site accepting my saved card on file, and had to retype it in a few times before it worked. Payment was the difficult part of this order.

I didn't like the idea of going through the checkout process, paying additional for expedited shipping, being given a delivery 4-5 delivery day window date based on expedited shipping costs, and later sent an email stating delivery of my order would be 6-8 weeks. You owe me reimbursement of those costs.
