Still waiting to talk to customer service to change my order before it is shipped but still waiting and the order is shipped with wrong eye prescriptions .

It took them seven weeks to process our order. When we first contacted them about the delay, they said the glasses were backordered and they would keep us updated. When we finally emailed to cancel it and order from someone else, they said we couldn't because it was in production. Within four hours of our attempts to cancel, the glasses were shipped. Very fishy.

Ordered Jan 30th, Feb 19th a shipping label was finally made (not even actually out of the building yet) i've bought from many online glasses websites (4) and I've never had one take this long, won't be buying from ezcontacts again.

Horrible customer service. When I placed my order it said “3 to 6 days shipping”. It took them 18 days to ship my order. They sat on the order over 2 weeks before they did anything. Lying bunch of liars. As soon as I receive my order, I’m gonna send it back. F them
