Thanks for your order Julie, your aligners will be with you in a couple of weeks. Sorry about the form. We have investigated and realised that the form has somehow reverted to only showing the desktop version. Meaning extremely small print and difficult to complete on small phone. This is being fixed as a priority now.

“the retainers dont last and the price increase above what a replacement of the last set would have cost had I lost or damaged them ($99) seems ridiculous - be prepared to spend another $1000 a year to maintain. And then the time it takes to get the retainers - if you dont had a spare pair and they get damaged your teeth wont maintain shape in time for the next lot. Minimum 21 day wait - but at the moment they say longer - but not how much longer. The retainers stretch so when you get a new set it's a few days of very tight retainers to get your teeth back to perfect. Each time feels like a gamble.”

Hi Caitlin, sorry to hear. Please be aware that retention and buying retainers is something that is required for ANY teeth straightening you do, not just EZ SMILE. Even if you spent $6k on Invisalign to get the same result you would then need to spend $300+ per set, and these also wear out. It is very unfair to suggest you need another $1000 per year. In regards to our timing to manufacture and get new retainers to you, we are proud to be one of the fastest in the industry at usually less than 21 days to get them to you. At present COVID is wreaking havoc on freight, this is out of our control. We apologize for this. Thanks EZ SMILE

“The form to fill out was difficult for a user - the tick boxes in particular. There needs to be a n/a box for certain items and a comment section too. So far up until here the company and support has been flawless and this complicated last step leaves a frustrating taste in the mouth.”

Sorry Lauren but forms with this level of detail are difficult to get done on a small phone. We are always trying to improve this so will again see what other form options we have that are more mobile friendly. Thanks for your order and we will get you your aligners asap.

Daz, we can make your retainers a little thicker, we generally find our retainers are quite durable but some people are tougher on them than others. Thanks
