Caitlin sorry to hear this. Sometimes early on retainers will wear out quicker whilst they are retaining teeth that want to move back. Once this settles longevity of the retainers will increase. It is different for all people but the same scenario would happen even if you had a $8k Invisalign treatment. This is an important part of the process until your teeth settle into their new straight position and ligament and bone regrows around your tooth roots.

“The teeth impression experience was easy enough. Your app/website is super slow and a poor design. It should be better for a company that is primarily online. If you need help with this let me know as it my job to design and build online platforms for people. :) can’t wait to start my aligners.”

“Good morning, I recently completed my ezsmile aligners and continued wearing the final aligner set for the time required, I was initially really happy with my results but since completion my teeth have started to move again, so I tried to use the previous aligners but they weren’t fitting the same and some actually cracked and broke, I was wondering if you would be able to help me get back to the result I had initially as I was really happy! Could I receive some new complimentary aligners just to re straighten again? I would like to finish this service and be really happy with them! Thankyou Jade”

Hello Jade, It is really important to continue wearing your retainers at night so your teeth do not start to move back. Simply email our smile team and they will be able to organise a new retainer for you.

“The cost and the convenience is much better than going to see a dentist or orthodontist. However, it’s been a few months since I finished my plan. I followed the steps and instructions correctly but my bottom teeth are not entirely straight (my top teeth were already pretty straight so they were aligned completely with the aligners), I sent an email about my bottom teeth with some photos but the response I got was not about my bottom teeth not straightening properly. I’d probably recommend paying a bit more and going somewhere you know you’ll get the end results and service you paid for.”

“Great service and much cheaper than traditional methods. I had 13 phases and by about phase 8 the aligners started to fit poorly and became very uncomfortable to wear. They did not sit snugly on my teeth and caused a lisp and visible gaps in the aligners which looked unsightly. I therefore could not wear them in public. I think perhaps 2 phases would be better where you get to re-cast your moulds.”

“I was so excited to find a solution to my crooked smile that fitted into my budget. The moulding was easy, painless & shipping was prompt. I initially had quick results & couldn’t recommend ezsmile high enough. However, after completion of my treatment, I still have crooked teeth & am disappointed with the overall result.”

“My teeth are straight for the most part, however one too incisor is still slightly overlapping and becomes more prominent after not wearing my retainer for a day or two. I asked ezsmile to make a further refinement but they essentially told me the result was goo enough and they were finished with my plan. I’m sure I would have had further refinement of my plan had I seen an orthodontist instead.”
