“I ordered glasses oct 11 arrived november 23. thats 44 days.
I contacted them first after 3 weeks. They said manufacturer is out of stock. I emailed them again and they said it will be 3 more weeks unless i pick another model. then it was a few more weeks.
They dont keep anything in stock i guess and drop ship. Even though when i ordered it said "IN STOCK"”
“Terrible company to buy products. I ordered a pair of sunglasses with a 3-5 days delivery on October 20th. To this date (10/30), my glasses are still being delivered. Do NOT order anything from them.”
“I ordered a 90 day supply of daily contacts They came in 6 boxes. One of the six boxes was full of contacts that were not working correctly. When you open them up, they were folded up and they kept popping out of my eye. I contacted EZcontact. There was a lot of runaround and in the end I was told they were going to give me a refund of $16, to replace the one box of 30 contacts will cost me $64. I have tried to get in touch with them several times in different ways to avail. I’m very frustrated. I would not use EX contacts again. They have not replaced my defective contacts and offered instead a small credit that would not be enough for me to buy the product again.

“This company is a scam. They have nothing in stock. They order fakes from some Asian company and then sell them as real. This is why they are cheap. But the wait and the product are not worth the savings. Order from a reputable company.”
“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT DO IT! I ordered sunglasses and paid 3-5 days shipping, waited a week, they never contacted me, called and was told they wouldn't be there to even ship for up to a week and would refund shipping, transfered for refund, chose a callback option. No call back, emailed them, told them to just cancel them, got a response from Miriam and advised to choose another pair before canceling, i declined and asked for immediate cancelation. Three days later they ship them, wtf? I will be returning as i will not be giving this terrible company my money!!!!”
“Ordered contacts and only received 1 box not 2. Took days to get through to customer service. When I finally did they dais they would look into it and get back to me which they didn’t. I had to call them and it took all day to actually have someone pick up the phone. When I was finally able to speak to someone they said they reviewed the warehouse video and both boxes were packed so they don’t know what to tell me. They are essentially saying I am lying and trying to steal contacts.”
“How do we get authorities to look into this business. After purchasing, i rec'd an email that is was in processing, no other emails communicated, however I emailed looking for tracking info. no response, i then called, and they were closed noon on a friday. I called back midweek, and now the phone has technical issues. I emailed again and again and again...i then read the horrible reviews on the BBB site. How is this company still in business is beyond me as we all expect things win 3 days tops, and expect great customer service, you cant even reach anyone at this company. How can I get authorities to look into this company and SHUT them down!”
