“Got new front door fitted on 20/11/25 by Fairco paid them eighteen thousand euro up front.
The new front Door jammed a week after it was installed and could not be opened.
It's a mid terrace house with a high walled garden at rear Only access for a week was through a window while waiting Fairco to repair
They repaired it and 3 days later on Christmas Eve it jammed again.!!!
The Tenants are still locked out (Stephens day)

According to our records, Fairco carried out the installation at your property on Monday the 17th of November 2025 and the door was inspected by your tenants and was in perfect working order. We received a request on Monday, the 15th of December at 4:00 AM to review the door. We met with the tenants in the property at 2:00 PM on the 15th, we had discovered that the gearbox was no longer working and arranged to replace it. We replaced the item on the 18th of December. You contacted us on the 26th of December requesting further service at the property and received an email confirming that the company was closed for the Christmas holidays. Our records show that you have engaged your own locksmith to deal with this matter and we are waiting you to send us his report of findings.
