“Very happy to recommend Fairco to anybody upgrading and installing new windows. Everyone we dealt with from the start of the process right through to completion were efficient, professional and friendly. The installation was completed in 4 days and the team of Victor and Frank ensured the work was completed with as little disturbance to the household as possible. They ensured that there was no mess left afterwards and dealt clearly with any questions we had during the installation.”

“I bought my house last year and getting the windows replaced was my first big job. I contacted Fairco and arranged to meet with Gavin who was a sales representative, he was really great, we discussed my budget and he had the really good suggestion of getting the window replaced first and then getting my front door replaced in the future. This idea worked far better for my budget. The next step was for the surveyor to attend and take measurements, this was Kevin, he was really knowledgeable and spent a long time taking detailed notes and measurements. He discussed the installation with me and told me how long the job would take. He told me that the windows would be ordered and installed in April, 2022. When the window fitter, Reg, arrived on the first day we went around the house together and he explained what way the fitters would work. He couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. I gave him a key and went off to work. When I came home the house was spotless and all the materials stored neatly away. The second day was the same. Reg and his fitters arrived in the morning and worked through the day while I was working. I returned home to a spotlessly clean house. The final day I came home and Reg showed me how to lock the windows etc. I genuinely couldn’t be happier, the new windows have transformed my house, the work was professionally done and everyone I have dealt with in Fairco has been professional and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending and I will be back to get a new front door soon.”

“We are delighted with the work Fairco did for us. From the initial survey, all the way through to the day of installation, everyone we dealt with from Fairco was thorough, professional and friendly. We had 3 old windows and a door that were in dire need of replacements and are really happy with the new ones Fairco installed. The installation team on the day were really proficient and amicable.”

“Michael and Vaz just completed the installation of my new door. The whole process was seamless, the guys were ultra professional, and left the work-site cleaner than when it started! They were a pleasure to deal with throughout the day. This is a 2nd engagement with Fairco (I got my windows replaced 10+ years ago) and I'm happy to say I think I made the right choice all those years ago!”

“When your team arrived they were exceptional. Their workmanship is second to none. There was not a mark on my house, it was left perfectly, not a single chip, nothing, it was very comforting. Thanks for that. We are also so happy with the quality of the windows and doors. Beautiful, so strong, just perfect. I will definitely be recommending your company to everyone I can.”

“Gary and Sean arrived in ample time to start work at 8 a.m., with Storm Eunice threatening to blow us out of Kansas. They carried out the removal of the old doors with no fuss, minimal noise and if they did create any mess, they cleared it all up after them (they even had their own sweeping brush and pan). Both Gary and Sean were very professional, courteous and friendly and I was happy to have them working in my house. As for the doors, I am so delighted with my patio sliding doors giving me a clear view out to the back garden. The frame is warm to the touch, solid and provides a great barrier from the gales of February. My new front door is sturdy and stylish and I do not miss the sound of the wind whining like a banshee through my old letterbox! I look forward to doing business with you again (when I replace the windows).”

“Had a front door installed in 18th February, would highly recommend Fairco, so easy to deal with from the first meeting with Jack to the installation. The staff on the phone were also great to deal with. The installation team were punctual (which I'm fussy about) left the place very tidy explained what had to be done and cleared all their rubbish and took the old door with them. If you are looking for a great company to deal with then go for it.”

“Firstly, I would like to say the service from FAIRCO from start to finish regarding picking out, ordering, and installing the doors and windows was absolutely amazing. Dean in sales was an absolute pleasure to deal with along with the surveyor who came out before Christmas, Kevin, such a lovely, pleasant man. Then on Monday when Victor and Frank arrived their workmanship was outstanding – the efficiency, cleanliness, and also their manner was spot on and I could not fault one thing with them. The money and wait was worth every penny, I will most definitely be recommending Fairco going forward, and praising the company. Glad I chose you – my house looks and feels like a new one 😊”

“Just a short note from Colette and myself. The two crews (Victor and Tony's crew) have finished the installation of all windows and doors in our home. To say they did a great job is an understatement! We are delighted with the result and the house looks and feels great. We do have to call out the 4 lads and how they worked all week. Always on time, always with a smile and nothing was ever a problem. They worked tirelessly and cleaned up methodically every day. It was a pleasure to have them here for the week and we are so grateful to them for their efforts. It should also be pointed out that the final result was very much down to Paul on the sales side where he advised us and helped us make some design changes that have dramatically changed our home. Kevin came in and measured up the job and both Victor and Tony told us that the job was trouble free because of Kevin's attention to detail. In summary, we are delighted with the Fairco team and so glad we picked Fairco to complete the work. Our thanks to all the folks who were involved that we did not get to meet. In a heartbeat we would recommend Fairco to anybody thinking of purchasing windows or doors for their home or office.”

“Stephen and Paddy from your firm Fairco installed my new Front door and a new Patio door last week. I was so impressed by the efficient manner in which they carried out the work. They were courteous tidy and cleaned up after themselves. I am so pleased with my new doors. My house is much quieter and warmer. The workmanship and finished look of the doors is brilliant. “We wanted to send a note of sincere appreciation to everyone in Fairco. We currently have Sean, Michael and Gary in our home doing an exceptional installation. Their expertise and attention to detail is just beyond what we expected or anticipated. They are an amazing team of professionals and it has been pleasure to have them doing such an incredible job. Nothing has been too much trouble and the end product is absolutely fabulous. We also wanted to thank the entire Fairco team as the whole process from start to finish was seamless. From first meeting the wonderful staff on reception, with Paul’s wonderful guidance and advice to get the right product for our requirements, the professionals who surveyed and measured the windows, the production and factory team, all the administration and financial team have been outstanding.
