“I bought my house last year and getting the windows replaced was my first big job. I contacted Fairco and arranged to meet with Gavin who was a sales representative, he was really great, we discussed my budget and he had the really good suggestion of getting the window replaced first and then getting my front door replaced in the future. This idea worked far better for my budget. The next step was for the surveyor to attend and take measurements, this was Kevin, he was really knowledgeable and spent a long time taking detailed notes and measurements. He discussed the installation with me and told me how long the job would take. He told me that the windows would be ordered and installed in April, 2022.
When the window fitter, Reg, arrived on the first day we went around the house together and he explained what way the fitters would work. He couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. I gave him a key and went off to work. When I came home the house was spotless and all the materials stored neatly away. The second day was the same. Reg and his fitters arrived in the morning and worked through the day while I was working. I returned home to a spotlessly clean house. The final day I came home and Reg showed me how to lock the windows etc.
I genuinely couldn’t be happier, the new windows have transformed my house, the work was professionally done and everyone I have dealt with in Fairco has been professional and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending and I will be back to get a new front door soon.”
