“Gary and Sean arrived in ample time to start work at 8 a.m., with Storm Eunice threatening to blow us out of Kansas. They carried out the removal of the old doors with no fuss, minimal noise and if they did create any mess, they cleared it all up after them (they even had their own sweeping brush and pan). Both Gary and Sean were very professional, courteous and friendly and I was happy to have them working in my house.
As for the doors, I am so delighted with my patio sliding doors giving me a clear view out to the back garden. The frame is warm to the touch, solid and provides a great barrier from the gales of February. My new front door is sturdy and stylish and I do not miss the sound of the wind whining like a banshee through my old letterbox!

“My experience with Fairco has been excellent. I completed a due diligence exercise whereby I contacted 3 providers in North Co. Dublin. The first sent a representative out to me to conduct a survey but he did not seem to be very knowledgeable and was unwilling to facilitate my request. The second provider did not send anyone out and just gave me a quote via email, which did not instill confidence. Dean arrived at my house as scheduled, was able to advise me on how to best facilitate my extra wishes and any expectations set from his side were fulfilled as promised in regards to quotes etc.
While there was a delay with the installation date this was due to supply issues. Once scheduled team arrived on time, completed the work as scheduled and tidy without the major mess I had expected. I am very happy with my new windows/patio door and can recommend Fairco highly.”

“We have just had sash windows installed by Fairco at the front of our house. We are delighted with the windows and really impressed with the efficiency and smoothness of our dealings with Fairco, from beginning to end. The windows themselves are really high quality, and we can feel an immediate difference in the heat in our house having had them installed. From our first visit to the showroom, we found Fairco staff to be friendly and professional. The showroom salesperson that we dealt with was helpful but not pushy. He later came to our house for an initial consultation. Then an engineer was sent to measure up. Again, he was friendly and professional. We were told the windows would take a little while to come into stock. They actually were ready sooner than expected and I felt as if the Fairco representative that rang to tell me was as excited as I was that they were ready! Everything ran very smoothly in terms of payment arrangements also, and on installation day the two installers were excellent. They were neat in their work, got to it straight away and were polite and, again, professional! We thought there would be a lot more mess, but they did an excellent job and there is no need for us to repaint or replaster or anything like that.
Overall I cannot recommend Fairco highly enough. Their staff are a pleasure to deal with, their systems work really well, and the finished product is excellent.”
