“Door is 3 years old. Silver knocker and letterbox are rusting...not weatherproof or durable. Rang customer care.. didn't want to know..seemed well used to this issue.. said I could pay to get it replaced. Really disappointing as it was really expensive door and Fairco seem reputable.”

Our records show your installation was carried out on the 11th of January 2020. You contacted our office on the week of the 28th of August 2023 to discuss the replacement of the letter box and the door knocker. We offered to replace the items and explained there would be a charge.

“Poor service (fitting - the earlier service was great). They fitted the door with a piece of soft wood underneath, which was inappropriate for use on the floor. They promised to come back and address several items, which they never did. Very disappointed with the service, but the door itself is great.”

“I would like to leave a 5 star review for my experience with Fairco. From my first initial meeting with Ellie when I walked in to look around your showroom in Santry. Ellie was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and that was the start of my experience. Then Matthew came to my home to discuss what I was looking for and couldn't have been more helpful. I got my windows and doors done and am completely happy with them. Shane in the Insulations team was in contact with me a few times and then the crew themselves that fit my windows and doors, Paddy, Stephen, Michael and Roman were truly amazing.
They were to arrive between 8-10am and were sitting outside my house well before 8am and ready to start. Paddy confirmed the details of the installation with me in accordance with the survey document that I had signed off on. They started by laying down dust sheets, not just on the floors but on furniture and beds and when each day was done, you wouldn't even know they'd been there, only for the fact that I had new windows & doors. The fitting team then demonstrated all the locking systems for both windows and doors and left me with 5 sets of keys and keys for all downstairs windows. Paddy walked me around the installation when they had finished at the end of day two and answered any questions I had. I am over the moon with my windows and doors. Thank you to all concerned, we are very happy and would highly recommend Fairco to anyone looking for fantastic products and amazing customer service from start to finish.”
