“Just a short note from Colette and myself. The two crews (Victor and Tony's crew) have finished the installation of all windows and doors in our home. To say they did a great job is an understatement! We are delighted with the result and the house looks and feels great. We do have to call out the 4 lads and how they worked all week. Always on time, always with a smile and nothing was ever a problem. They worked tirelessly and cleaned up methodically every day. It was a pleasure to have them here for the week and we are so grateful to them for their efforts. It should also be pointed out that the final result was very much down to Paul on the sales side where he advised us and helped us make some design changes that have dramatically changed our home. Kevin came in and measured up the job and both Victor and Tony told us that the job was trouble free because of Kevin's attention to detail. In summary, we are delighted with the Fairco team and so glad we picked Fairco to complete the work. Our thanks to all the folks who were involved that we did not get to meet. In a heartbeat we would recommend Fairco to anybody thinking of purchasing windows or doors for their home or office.”

“Stephen and Paddy from your firm Fairco installed my new Front door and a new Patio door last week. I was so impressed by the efficient manner in which they carried out the work. They were courteous tidy and cleaned up after themselves. I am so pleased with my new doors. My house is much quieter and warmer. The workmanship and finished look of the doors is brilliant. I would have no problem recommending Fairco to anyone. A good job well executed.”

“We wanted to send a note of sincere appreciation to everyone in Fairco. We currently have Sean, Michael and Gary in our home doing an exceptional installation. Their expertise and attention to detail is just beyond what we expected or anticipated. They are an amazing team of professionals and it has been pleasure to have them doing such an incredible job. Nothing has been too much trouble and the end product is absolutely fabulous. We also wanted to thank the entire Fairco team as the whole process from start to finish was seamless. From first meeting the wonderful staff on reception, with Paul’s wonderful guidance and advice to get the right product for our requirements, the professionals who surveyed and measured the windows, the production and factory team, all the administration and financial team have been outstanding. A job that seemed beyond complex to us was made simple and seamless in the hands of all the Fairco team of experts. We had heard in advance how exceptional and professional all the team was but our experience surpassed all our expectations. We genuinely want to thank everyone and words just cannot express our appreciation. We will certainly recommend your fantastic service to everyone.”

“My experience with Fairco has been excellent. I completed a due diligence exercise whereby I contacted 3 providers in North Co. Dublin. The first sent a representative out to me to conduct a survey but he did not seem to be very knowledgeable and was unwilling to facilitate my request. The second provider did not send anyone out and just gave me a quote via email, which did not instill confidence. Dean arrived at my house as scheduled, was able to advise me on how to best facilitate my extra wishes and any expectations set from his side were fulfilled as promised in regards to quotes etc. While there was a delay with the installation date this was due to supply issues. Once scheduled team arrived on time, completed the work as scheduled and tidy without the major mess I had expected. I am very happy with my new windows/patio door and can recommend Fairco highly.”

“We have just had sash windows installed by Fairco at the front of our house. We are delighted with the windows and really impressed with the efficiency and smoothness of our dealings with Fairco, from beginning to end. The windows themselves are really high quality, and we can feel an immediate difference in the heat in our house having had them installed. From our first visit to the showroom, we found Fairco staff to be friendly and professional. The showroom salesperson that we dealt with was helpful but not pushy. He later came to our house for an initial consultation. Then an engineer was sent to measure up. Again, he was friendly and professional. We were told the windows would take a little while to come into stock. They actually were ready sooner than expected and I felt as if the Fairco representative that rang to tell me was as excited as I was that they were ready! Everything ran very smoothly in terms of payment arrangements also, and on installation day the two installers were excellent. They were neat in their work, got to it straight away and were polite and, again, professional! We thought there would be a lot more mess, but they did an excellent job and there is no need for us to repaint or replaster or anything like that. Overall I cannot recommend Fairco highly enough. Their staff are a pleasure to deal with, their systems work really well, and the finished product is excellent.”

“Got all my windows in the house renovated by Fairco. Brand new triple glazed and the job was done perfectly. In and out within 2 days and no mess at all left behind. Everything in working order from day 1. Very happy with the service from sales to installation.”

“From the first visit to the showroom to the final install of our 10 windows, we found everyone at Fairco to be extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with. Communication right through the process was excellent. Tony and the lads did a fantastic job of fitting our windows. They left the house spotless at the end of each day and we could not be happier with the standard of the work. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fairco.”
