“FF has some great shoes on offer, however the returns policy is disappointing compared to other online shoe retailers such as Styletread. I was excited about my recent shoe purchase, but unfortunately when they arrived, the style was too big and chunky for my small feet. I had already paid $10.00 postage to receive the shoes, and it cost me another $13.95 to return them via Aust Post. At the end of the day I'm $23.95 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. Sadly, this rules me out for any future online shopping with Famous Footwear :-(”
