Louise, it seems there was a manufacturing issue with these particular gift bag batch. We are working with the manufacturer to correct this problem. Bea, thank you for the positive review. On the coupon codes, many times they can be found in our Email Newsletters which generally go out once every two weeks. We also post codes on Facebook and Twitter. Hope this helps and you get to use one soon.

Joseph, as per your online order form you ordered 200 M436 Black on 09/15/15 and we shipped 200 M436 Black on 09/15/15. If you are unhappy with these bags please contact manager@fetpak.com or call our Customer Service Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time at 631-864-3090 and we can issue an RA number for a full refund.

“I placed an order #58919 on 9/13. It was supposedly shipped on 9/15. Transit time according to your map; I have no other way of tracking my package because the invoice # is useless, should be 4-5 days. This is 10/21 and still no package. I am very dissatisfied with this! Please track my package and let me know the status. Track by Reference >>>UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request.
