Joseph, as per your online order form you ordered 200 M436 Black on 09/15/15 and we shipped 200 M436 Black on 09/15/15. If you are unhappy with these bags please contact manager@fetpak.com or call our Customer Service Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time at 631-864-3090 and we can issue an RA number for a full refund.

“I placed an order #58919 on 9/13. It was supposedly shipped on 9/15. Transit time according to your map; I have no other way of tracking my package because the invoice # is useless, should be 4-5 days. This is 10/21 and still no package. I am very dissatisfied with this! Please track my package and let me know the status. Track by Reference >>>UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Verify your information and try again.”

“Their products are great. I ordered jewelry boxes for packaging for my small business, and they are durable, have nice soft cotton inside, and look very uniform. My products were sent out to me very quickly, which was wonderful, and I got them earlier than the expected date- on par with Amazon orders. However, almost amusingly, their packaging is really quite atrocious! I'm pretty sure I had to cut through 3 layers of tape, since all three boxes I had delivered to me had for some reason been taped together to form one giant, lumpy parcel the likes of which I'd never seen before. Some sort of electrical tape bound each individual box, then a clear tape closed the boxes, and then grey tape was wrapped around all of them in 2 layers. This wouldn't matter, if the boxes hadn't been mostly obliterated in trying to pull them apart. To store the products, I had to re-box them. But the products were all undamaged, so 4 stars for Fetpak!”
