Nancy, you are welcomed to return the Puff Earring Cards within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to do that please call our Customer Service Dept at 631-864-3090 so they can issue a Return Authorization Number. Sherry, thank you for your review. To clarify, Fetpak has free shipping on orders over $75. On orders $75 and under we charge a simple flat rate of only $7.95.

Diane, you ordered on Friday Feb 5th at 11:27 AM and ordinarily your order would be shipped out the same day. However, despite us having your order on our loading dock and ready to ship on Friday afternoon, it did not leave our warehouse until Monday Feb 8th. This was due to a snow storm (10 inches) on Friday. The USPS truck never picked up. This did not make us happy either, but there was nothing we could do. Thank you for your feedback.
