Delivery prompt but unfortunately product faulty - 1 shoe bigger than the other! Struggled to find a customer service contact number - when I did establish contact the customer service assistant was very helpful.

Good price and prompt delivery but trying to contact F & T is a nightmare - no phone number and the Contact Us email form will only allow you to enter one of their pre-determined reasons. If you don't fit one of them just forget it.

I wasn't expecting another delivery payment that I had to pay another 53 dollars to DHL when my package got to Canada. And unfortunately I got the wrong size which may have been my fault, I wanted 9.5 US size but got 9.5 UK size which is 10 US. So I have to send them pack which will probably cost me all kinds of shipping charges again and I just want my money back because I do not want to pay the 53 dollars again. Perry Bebamash my product was Merrell Trail Glove shoes.

Very speedy delivery and excellent value. Let down however by security tag left on clothing which meant I could not wear item and had to take it to shop for removal

Shoes arrived fast - however, it would be very helpful if there were more information about the fitting of the shoes - it would save a good deal of time, and money for postage to know beforehand, say, that a particular boot was narrow-fitting, or fitted high at the heel, etc. (measurements would help.)

Bit disappointed that I paid for a Saturday delivery and didn't get it. Although the excess delivery charge was refunded, that's not the point. I was wanting the item for the Sunday. Also please consider using another courier firm, it's not really possible to track your parcel on Yodels website except to find out it is out fir delivery, and that you will get it by 9pm. Not helpful. Also the drivers are quite awful. I am sure they are pleasant enough people but all the ones I have seen have been disheveled, smell bad and wearing stained t-shirts.

Wanted to buy the Karrimor Cobalt anthracite Walking Shoe in a size 8 costing £21. They didn't have my size in Ambleside, Keswick or Spots Direct in Leeds? Had to order on line and pay an extra £5.99 for next day delivery. Ordered Wednesday afternoon and shoes arrived at 5pm on the Thursday at 5pm. Poor service in stores, no one would check at other stores for my size they told me to wait until next delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday. On line experience okay.

ordered shoes which were faulty. I sent them back and another pair was sent with the same problem. Can't give you +ve feedback this time as your quality control seems to be lacking. Otherwise ordering and delivery were fine This time around I've asked for a refund

Although next day delivery was paid for, the item was delivered a day later.I e mailed to enquire about delivery and received a standard message reply. Further e mails received no reply.it would have been helpful to have a telephone number and be able to discuss with a person! .

The trousers I ordered came fairly quickly. I ordered size 10 walking trousers in petite as I am 5ft.3in. However, the trousers are 2 inches too long and unfortunately I am unable to use them. I believe my height is usually quoted as petite so I am mystified and disappointed.

Although I had prompt delivery and I was kept informed of the progress of my order I have marked this down due to the fact ths security tag was left on an item of clothing. As I was going away 2 days later I did not have the time to send it back and had to use fuel and precious time on a 30 mile round trip to my nearest sports soccer store (who are part of field and trek) along with my invoice and ask them to remove it. If I had the time or inclination to go store shopping I would not have ordered online. Whereas I can appreciate that this was an oversight exactly the same thing happened on my previous order. Not acceptable- perhaps look at your picking and dispatch procedures is required . As this has happened both times I have used the site I feel this is not normal and have to rate poor.

I ordered online because in your shop all of these shirts were stained by the bright pink 'SALE' labels. The printing ink had rubbed off of these labels because they were not sealed with a varnish after printing - shop staff seemed unconcerned. Also is it really necessary to put the round stickers on the front of these Karrimor shirts which leaves a spirit gum residue on the shirt when removed. All very irritating!

Order took longer than expected to be delivered. Returned my order for a different size and this was quickly dealt with and sent out. When new size was delivered (walking boots) there was one correct shoe and one completely different. Contacted the site and had to return these but was freepost and quickly recieved my correct pair.

Goods arrived just about in tact. The delivery company Yodel must have spotted there was a bit rip in the plastic packaging, but did not alert me. By good fortune, the smaller item was still in the package and nothing was damaged. I had to be around all day as the tracking services gives you no idea when the package will turn up. Goods look good and I hope that Brasher is still as good as it was, this is my first new pair of boots in over ten years.

The two garments I ordered look good and good value for money. HOWEVER, one of the garments still has the security tag under the arm! We live 100 miles North of Glasgow but will have to make a trip to Glasgow to Sports Direct shop to have the security tag removed. I could, of course, return the garment to have the security tag removed and wait for it to be returned to me. I have bought many things from Field & Trek/Sports Direct so I guess this will not put me off buying again. It may put me off buying online.

I'm hoping the Normal rating is deserved. Delivery arrived on time and I tried the sandals on immediately. As I tightened the toggle the elastic became detached from the tab. I know this is only a case of poor stitching but I have had to return the product for a full refund plus the £3.95 postage charge is cost me to return the item.

Delivery was fast - said 5 working days and came in 3 which was great. However there was a problem ordering with the paypal option on the website. I had to hunt around on the internet to get a customer services number and when I called I was told that the company would look into it and phone me back. they had not phoned me back and over an hour had passed. when I phoned again to enquire the man on the phone was helpful but abrupt.
