All items as described and at very good prices. Would have given 4 or 5 stars if delivery a little more prompt, but I understand that the slight delay was down to the carrier.

Despite being told that I would be informed when the order was on its way, the first I knew was an email from Yodel around 8a.m. on the morning of the intended delivery to say it would be delivered that day. As I had already made plans to go out shortly thereafter, I got home to find a note telling me that the delivery was unsuccessful. Meanwhile, shortly after the above email an email arrived from Field & Trek telling me the order had been despatched from Field & Trek! Why wasn't that email sent on the day of despatch and not a couple of days later, the very day it was to be delivered? The delivery was made successfully the following day. It is pointless emailing out of the blue only a few hours before the intended delivery time because, like me, there can be no guarantee that someone will be there to receive it. You need to greatly improve your communications with customers, informing them at least a day or two in advance of the intended delivery date.

I was happy with the quick delivery. Unfortunately one item was not suitable an the other a bit small so had to return and now waiting on a refund for 1 item and an exchange for other. I was not happy with the cost of the return £8 !!

Customer service very slow. Want to exchange or refund an item so that I can use it but I am losing time waiting for a clear email response. Recorded message on customer service tel. no. I was advised to call is rather frustrating. I am still waiting....

Both products (boots and a top,....Christmas presents for my wife) were fine,....as expected, but the boots ....on offer ....apparently..from £135 to £110 arrived with £98 on the box,......when I e mailed in a fun friendly way asking for a seasonal goodwill way ...er...£12 .....difference?....I was told that's what they HAD been in the shop ....it's not the same on line!.....not very good public relations!....I e mailed again politely suggesting my surprise and my P R comment ........no reply! ..........very disappointed with them as a company!

I was pleased with the product though the free gift was unwelcome! I was disappointed that having paid for Saturday delivery the parcel arrived on Thursday!

Disappointed that one item of my order was out of stock - more disappointed that no opportunity to order a replacement item was offered.

Unfortunately my item was damaged, so I am returning it. I have been allowed to return it at no expense to me, which is fair. I have been told my item will be inspected then a decision will be made whether I am refunded. Surely if it arrived damaged a refund should be automatic?

P&P still isn’t included in item price, & returns still aren’t free either. I presume this is to cynically online headline maximise apparent discount prices? If item is stocked, I prefer to shop with Chain Reaction Cycles, Wiggle, etc. because of honest upfront pricing; P&P included into item price, & no quibble “free” Collect+ returns/replacement. Actual sizing for footwear, & clothing online, between manufacturers/even their own product ranges are often diverse, so internet buyers are becoming more wary of potential additional shipping/replacement costs!

Service was very quick. All items arrived in excellent order. I Had a query about a voucher I had used and emailed the company. 2 weeks later and still no reply. For that reason I wouldn't use them again

Goods were good value sale items delivered promptly and efficiently. Unfortunately one item has already failed so we will be testing the returns policy now.

Appears reasonably well made, although time will be the test here. I ordered a large in accordance with the sizing advice given but the jacket is too small to be worn as an outer jacket as intended and is also a little shorter than I had hoped. I have decided to retain it to use as a warm mid-layer rather than an outer layer. I think it should be fine in moderately cold conditions but it is quite thin and would not be suitable for more severe cold.

I shouldn't be complaining because picked up super bargain Salomon products that are genuine. Due to these being less than a 3rd of price I was wary of fakes but they seem perfect. Like any other sports direct company, my advice would be that you may pick up occasional genuine bargains otherwise service, order information, tracking etc. is ordinary.

Clearly some lack of coordination with the courier company over the Christmas / New Year period - the package arrived before the email saying it had been passed to teh courier company! Otherwise, trouble free - as expected.

Fast delivery, reasonable packaging, seemed to come from Sports Direct rather than Field and Trek with a broken Sports Direct mug also contained.

The items were good quality, excellent price and very quick delivery. One item (rucksac) was out of stock and was cancelled without giving me a chance to select an alternative, of which there were plenty. Thus, if I wish to buy an alternative I have to pay postage again, which I will not do

I've got this request asking me for a review but the site that does it has not told me what item it is about. As I am a regular customer of F&T and buy many things I can only suppose that it is about my latest coat. But who knows? Anyway I'll assume that the request is about the coat. As soon as I tried to adjust the cuffs the velcro came of the left sleeve and the right one is coming undone. It was cheap enough at £38 plus postage so I really cannot be bothered to send it back. Its in the bin. If this review request is about the socks then they didn't fit. I liked the Mickey Mouse hat but the free trip to Florida was a disaster as my wife was killed by a mugger. If its about your website that seems to be written by a 3 year old - it doesn't work.

Boots and hiking pole were just what I wanted and speedy delivery too. But I really dislike the so-called free gift, such blatant advertising and so naff. It goes straight into landfill. Please ask before sending this kind of unsolicited rubbish in future and allow people to opt out.
