I ordered a down coat but have sent it back as it didn't fit or suit . More details about the product would have been good as I would never have ordered it if I knew it went longer at the back

I would usaully rate Field and Trek with 5 stars. Have used this company on several occasions - their pricing is competitive and service is excellent. Only 3 stars on this occasion because I am being asked to rate the service, when the goods have actually not yet arrived. In fairness to Field and Trek, I suspect this is a carrier issue as F and T dispatched the boots some time ago.

After six days I haven´t receipt my delivery, so i can´t give my opinion at the moment, only the delivery too slowly.

I was sent the wrong size item which is really annoying as I need it in a hurry n had to ensure someone was in to take the delivery but at least I don't have to pay postage cost to send back. There is no contact number so no human contact, this is inconvenient.

Prompt service and delivery. The gilet is as described. My only criticism is that it is too tight around the hips (even after ordering a size bigger than normal).

bought a berghaus coat for my wife for £110.00. unfortunately she had trouble trying to open the side pockets as the zips are abnormally stiff. whilst doing this one of the clasps that attach to the zip snapped off. upon checking the returns for faulty goods section it seems all returns are to be paid for by the customer. so we have decided to put up with a new coat with one pocket unable to close and the other still a problem to open and close . i really dont think that if a customer recieves a faulty item they should have to pay for postage to return . basically that means you are paying more for your orderif you have a problem. i have ordered from them before but having discovered the return policy for faulty goods i would think twice before i placed any further orders.

Decent pair of walking shoes. However specifically purchased them as they were originally advertised on Field and Trek website as having goretex protection. Upon receiving them I was surprised there wasn't any badge identifying them as having goretex. I subsequently revisited the site, only to find the goretex had been deleted from the advertising for these shoes. I felt a bit frustrated. Only hope the shoes will be as waterproof as my previous merrell goretex shoes.

Thank you for sending through my order. At this stage though as I have only just had the order I have not had chance to " Road Test " the shoes so perhaps another review in a month or so would be better in order. Regards S Batchelor

hi have dealt before and couldnt fault my order,but this order the packaging of every item was burst open,like someone had hand opened everything,but the outer package was intact,order was also intact but looked very shabby .

I ordered a pair of shoes which were delivered promptly, but had clearly not been checked before dispatch because one of the laces was damaged. As yet no reply from their customer service department. A little disappointing.

Placing of order to shipment took 4 days ! In the old days I would have received the order in 2. Also worth noting that if you make a mistake in an order there's no way you can go back in and change it. You have to return the items for replacement with the costs involved. There is NO contact telephone number. All contact is by e-mail. For a UK based operation I do not think this is good enough.

If Yodel weren't used as the courier my rating would be higher, unfortunately I won't purchase from Field and Trek again because of this issue. The shoes were very good and the price was excellent and dispatched quickly, my only issue is with the Yodel.

Really pleased with the jackets but was slightly disgruntled as the ladies jacket I ordered still had the electronic security tag on it. I had paid to get the items delivered next day so we could use them over weekend and obviously my wife couldn't use hers because of the tag. I have got to now take it somewhere to see if they will remove the tag at my inconvenience

Merrell quentin jacket, a superb bit of kit for cold mornings or keeping in your backpack for when the temps drop. Field and Treks next-day delivery yet again didn't work, it took two days even after paying for next-day so won't bother again with it and will probably stick to Amazon as they seem to have delivery sorted.

I was disappointed as I had paid for a Friday delivery service so I waited in all day but it didn't arrive until late Saturday I had only just got in from work when it arrived so I could of missed it. I don't know what happened because I kept track of the parcel it was given to the driver just after 12 so I was expecting it to arrive the same day but it didn't,but to be fair the driver was polite.
