“Ordered Salomon walking shoes size 11.5 on line and they were delivered the following day fine. I take 10.5 shoes but these were too small. Rather than pay to send back I went to F&T at Shirebrook and ended up with 12.5 which were very comfortable Two sizes more, so be warned. As they were cheaper on line than in store I had to pay the difference which made them expensive.”

“Field and trek no problems. Couriers used are a disgrace......paid for next day delivery and after waiting all day finally found the van had broken down. Finally delivered following afternoon ....the breakdown was a flat tyre!! Don't use yodel if you want to keep customers!!”

“Great prices and quick delivery. However sizing information on the website was inaccurate (sizes were in US but not stated as such) so had to return shoes for an exchange at my own expense. I emailed Field and Trek to complain but never received a reply, not so much as a sorry or an offer of refund of postage costs.”

“Fast response to my online order. But sadly the size I ordered was too small. I ordered with a view to wanting the item for use in a couple of weeks time but now have to send back and wait for a replacement - if that service is as quick then I will be very happy with the service.”

“Placed an order at 6am and paid extra for next day delivery. (Article was showing as in stock) Didn't recieve confirmation of that order till gone 9pm that day and didn't recieve the goods untill two days later. This was a problem for me with logistics of being in etc. So all in all i cannot be happy with 'supply chain issues' although the product was fine. May i ask what ya were doing between 6am and 9pm to get that order out on a next day delivery? You shouldn't offer next day delivery unless you can fullfill that obligation. Or do you not view it as an obligation?”

“Service from Field & Trek is good but let down by not stating that Merrel's sizing of it's shoes is inacccurate. I ordered a 9.5 which I usually take and have had to return that pair plus a size 10 I subsequently ordered. Am now waiting for a 10.5 size pair to arrive. Suggest you amend your shoe size guide to specifically state that you need to order larger than normal when choosing them. How about refunding me two lots of returned postage as a goodwill gesture? “Ordering process ok and delivery to store time acceptable just. I would not however expect to have to pay for delivery to store this was disappointing.”

“Everything is OK except the delivery time. Once there was 3 -4 (max) working days for the delivery in GREECE. Now there are (about) 10 days for the package delivery with the same money as the first time.”
