Bought 2 pairs of running shoes, amounting to over £100. One of the boxes was broken, with the trainers inside having dirty soles and no paper stuffed inside. Quite obviously an already used and returned item which nobody had even made the effort to atleast hide. The 2nd pair were boxed well, with clean soles and stuffed paper inside each shoe as should always be the case.

I have had to return my running shoes as one of them leaks. Went for a walk after the rain stoped and when I got home one of my feet was wet. So will have to wait and see how good the returns service is. When buying stuff in the past three has never been any problems with quality or delivery normal I am very pleased with the service from Field&Treck Gordon Hopes

The service from Field and Trek was very good and the trainers were despatched quickly from their warehouse. Unfortunately, the service from the courier, Yodel, was poor ( as usual in my experience ) and my order was delayed. Unless Field and Trek change their shipping courier, I'll be somewhat reluctant to order from them again.

Most internet clothing stores I have used offer free returns if you are not happy with an item. Field & Trek do not. When I purchased a pair of Karrimor Antibes Sandals from Field & Trek, they seem a little small for a 5 as my toes were almost hanging over the edge. I later noticed on quite a few reviews (mostly on Amazon) that this has been a common problem with this style. Many buyers suggested buying one size up. I had not realised this when I purchased them. As so many people have complained about the sizing, I saw this as a design flaw by Karrimor and not the fault of the customer. I emailed Field & Trek with this observation. I noticed that their returns label was not prepaid and asked if it was possible to return them and have a replacement pair one size up and not have to pay for any of the postage. I received the reply from Christopher: "Please be advised all of our shoes are sold in UK sizes I can advise that the customer must pay to return the item, if you were to choose an exchange then you would not have to pay for the exchange to be sent." What a shame their customer service couldn't have been a little more flexible. So purely down to their returns policy, I won't use Field & Track again. Very quick delivery though.

Hi postage takes quite a long time. If you order it takes about a week for your item to arrive. I would have been happy to click and collect but that wasn't an option for the items I ordered.

The feedback form has arrived before the goods I ordered! I ordered the item on June 14th , it is now June 18th and items have not arrived in the local store for my collection.

The parcel WA sent via Yodel which in my opinion doesn't give the best service. I had to. Wait in all day as no time slot given and the parcel didn't arrive until 6:45 pm

Delivery was fast and shoes arrived in good condition.unfortunately they don't suit me at all. They are very wide at the toe end and the back strap digs in under the ankle. For other feet I'm sure they would be fine. I'm off to the post office to return them now.

Very competitive prices but the fact you can't return items ordered online to a store makes me reluctant to order online as returns can only be posted back which can get costly so only gets middling rating.

I was annoyed with you because although I placed an order with you at lunchtime by 5.35 ish on the same day I decided that the goods ordered were not quite what I had wanted. I had to send a form to you via your website informing you of this. Consequently a few hours later you emailed me to confirm the order was completed and the next day you sent an email to say it had been despatched! I managed to contact your (Sports Direct) customer services whereon I wss told it was too late to retrieve the order as it was on "large wagon with hundreds of other parcels" and therefore I would need to wait for it to arrive and then return it - at MY OWN cost! You should have a phone number manned later than 6pm on your web site in order to avoid this very unhelpful situation. I only found your phone number the next day through a search engine.

Not happy a one item got tag on now got to find out how to get it removed , bad packing of stock , I don't get to shops that why shop online

Pleased with prices on site but service is terrible, I wanted to add more items to my order but wasn't allowed even though it was within just minutes of placing the order I wanted to add the other items, instead I had to pay 4.99 for the other items as well as the previous 4.99, for this reason I will not be buying from field and trek or any other sports direct owned company.
