Excellent products and prices, fast delivery, but twice sent the wrong sized trousers due to product labelling errors which meant I had to pay to return, hoping its third time lucky.

Merrell Coastrider look a good quality shoe, ordered a 10.5, but no way, they are a tight 10, so will have to return for an 11. More expense to return the product. Buyers beware order one size larger.

Returns should be free especially if we already pay for delivery including in click and collect

Slightly bemused to be asked for feedback when I have yet to receive the purchases. I am waiting to get an email confirmation that my order has been collected by the courier and is ready to collect from The Sweatshop in Teddington.

No problems with the goods or communication, but the delivery was a day later than that specified. I was not that surprised when I noticed who was handling the delivery.

No option at all for free postage. £4.95 to store or collect+ or delivery. Product good, but still should be a cheaper delivery option.

Not impressed having to pay same delivery to store as to home when a delivery vehicle will be going to store anyway but as product was cheaper than anywhere else I bought it. The charge would have a major influence on future purchases though.

I think I should not have to pay a delivery fee if collecting from one of your stores. The service was slow but I did get the item I requested at a good price.

A nice long line anorak but the sizing is not generous. I am a size 10 but bought a size 12 to allow room for winter jumpers but even so the fit is tight.

The service was good at every point as are the prices. However your size guides seem quite inaccurate which has led to me having to return half of the the items which is disappointing. I one case the same brand and type of garment were quite different in size even though they were both XL. Neither fit.

Excellent replacement of faulty fleece, but horrendous click & collect service at Sheffield Sports Direct. As another customer said, this is the worst store in Sheffield. I shall not use Click & Collect again.

If I'd have known that you ship via Yodel then I would not have ordered from you. Yodel are just about the worst courier coming going. Waited in all day and they came on Friday night at 8:30pm by which time I'd given up and gone out. On Saturday after waiting in all day again they came again at 7pm - we were out. If I ever received the goods then I'll review them.

I wonder why the click and collection point is located at the furthest possible point from the entrance, i.e. on top floor not accessible by escalator and at the back of the shop. Then the assistant who served us very politely had to go some distance to collect my parcel. We were told on email to go to lower ground floor. When we got there we had to go three floors up!

Super price for my pair of boots, better than anywhere online even from european websites. Tried the click and collect service and got a £5 voucher for the privilege but not the £10 voucher for spending over £50. Female member of staff was not fully clued up about the voucher offer and had to seek help from her colleague. He knew about the offer and asked me to open the parcel my boots came in. he said the voucher would be in the parcel. He spoke like I was trying to obtain the £10 voucher twice. I showed him there was no voucher inside. He then said it would be emailed to me. I came back and guess what no email. Whilst this was going on, I had to worry about my car parking as there was no parking nearby and it was a good 5minute walk. He then said I could have a free carrier bag. I declined, If there is a promotional voucher then the staff should be versed in how it would be issued and that would speed the transaction and not make me feel irritated and delayed. Sports Direct please sort this out

Online order process was very straightforward and delivery to my chosen click and collect store was quick (2 days). However, the click and collect process in Sports Direct, Reading, was just painful. I won't be doing that again! I passed the girl who served me my collection confirmation email. She then asked for my name, I said it's on the email. She then asked for my order number to which I said it's on the email. She then picked up her walkie talkie and simply said "click and collect order" she didn't give my name or order number. So if i was able to give a true star rating it would be 5 stars for the order and delivery aspect and minus 5 stars for the in-store experience

I ordered 2 pants, one which I really needed, the other one I ordered because the shipping costs would remain the same and it wasn`t very expensive. Afterwards they told me that the pant I really needed wasn`t available and that they would only ship the other one. Sorry, but this I can not accept. They didn`t give me the opportunity to cancel my order either.. Because I would have preferred cancelling everything. If you put an item on your website and it states that a certain size is available, it should be available! A simple excuse is not enough in that case. Sorry but I will not buy again from Field and Trek.

Ordering and delivery was good but very disappointed to be charged delivery for in store collection via click and collect. Vehicles must be delivering goods to the store from the warehouse every day, so why do we get charged? Most other companies make no charge if you collect the goods yourself. John

Good service but would like to be able to return goods to store rather than by post. I bought 3 different walking boots , as I'm a size 3 these are not often stocked in the store , but it was only when I picked them up that I realised that I would have to return by post if they were not suitable , boots are heavy so will be expensive to return !
