“Our broker, Michael Parsons, was excellent and is a credit to the Finance Advice Centre. My finances were problematic but he helped us take a clear look at our options for refinancing, and explained each product offered in a straightforward, honest and balanced way. He was on hand to walk us through a few problems with the lender and did so with good humour and professionalism. I would highly recommend Michael and the Finance Advice Centre to anyone looking to refinance, particularly those with a difficult financial history. Well done Michael - five-star service!”

“From the first contact all the way through to the last Frank and Callum were superb. As a first time buyer I had no idea were to start, they lead me through the whole process. There were no surprises, everything was explained clearly, professionally and streamline. Could not recommend them anymore. Thank you so so much, I’m now sitting in my dream home.”

“Their service was amazing from start to finish. I cannot fault any contact or dealings I have had with them. In particular, my case was assigned to Mr. Chris Kenny. Chris is so calm, knowledgeable and professional. I trusted him from the word go. I would recommend them to anyone in need of advice and help. It is not often nowadays that you can say this about an organisation and their people. Well done and thank you for your help and support with my mortgage.”

“Without the help of Chris Kenny, none of this would have been possible. Chris went above and beyond by doing all the hard work in finding the best deal and representing me when working with the solicitors. I had full confidence in Chris and even had a laugh during the process too! I shall definitely be recommending Chris to others”

“Chris Kenny was amazing from first call right through to the end. Our situation wasn’t the easiest and previous advisors had said no lenders would touch us. However, this didn’t phase Chris, he was very comprehensive in gathering info from us and gave us hope. He was honest and realistic but always professional and friendly. He kept us well informed at every stage, offering relavant advice and guidance. Because of Chris we have our mortgage offer and are able to buy our very first home. He was worth every penny.”

“Despite our complicated financial situation Tiffany and Olivia at the Finance Advice Centre found a lender willing to work with us and finally allowed us to secure our dream home. Their patience, tenacity and honesty allowed us to complete the process despite the numerous problems we faced. We couldn't have done it without them and can only recommend them.”

“Myself and wife have been looking to purchase a house early next year due to historical reasons however I contacted the guys at Finance Advice Centre and they put me in touch with Azhar and Joel - They assured me that I could get a mortgage with our history and so we went ahead for a different house for a higher value mortgage and rather than wait till next year, we did it now... Without fail they did exactly what they promised! We got the mortgage!! Never in a million years did we expect that just now but it's happened :-) The guys were always on hand to answer my (sometimes silly) questions at all hours of the day and were always honest and helpful. I can't fault them at all and would 100% recommended them. You have nothing to lose by just making contact and you might just be surprised what you can get in your circumstances! Thanks Azhar and Joel for all your efforts to get us our dream home!”

“The Finance Advice Centre firstly helped us to purchase our home when we only had 1 & a half year's worth of business accounts! They then have helped us numerously for our Buy-To-Let properties we have. We could not recommend them more!! (especially Paul Coss) who deserves extra holidays as he always working & calls me when he's not in the office and most certainly always go above & beyond. 10/10 always passing business there way.”

“The Finance Advice Centre are a very impressive organization and they did a wonderful job in preparing me financially to buy my flat. I would recommend their services wholeheartedly. Debbie Whitt guided me towards mortgage and life cover deals that were tailored specifically to my needs and I've ended up with a far superior (and cheaper!!) product as a result of her fantastic advice. Thanks so much Debbie! Kayleigh Tunnicliffe provided sound and swift advice and reassurance post-mortgage-offer which allowed the process to run smoothly despite a last minute renegotiation of the price. Thanks a lot for your help Kayleigh! Both Debbie and Kayleigh did fantastic work behind the scenes and i look forward to working with Finance Advice Centre in the future!”
