“I would like to say a massive thank you to Finance Advice Centre and in particular Tarek Webster and Kavan Morris for their support and guidance. Our remortgage went through in 2 weeks and was as smooth a process as it was 2 years ago, again with a high street lender at low interest rates. If you have a poor credit history for what ever reasons please use these as I tried on my own and failed however they have secured a mortgage for me firstly through Halifax and now NatWest after bankruptcy. They really are experts and brilliant at what they do.”

“When the likelihood of getting a mortgage seemed a million miles away I gave the Finance Advice Centre a call having heard their advert on the radio. I spoke with Jonathan , the Mortgage Adviser who was excellent from start to finish . He was non judgemental about our situation ( recent defaults ) and was able to source us a mortgage , life cover and critical illness. Jonathan and his administrative support , Kavan were both efficient in their updates and Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the financial products he recommended. Contacting the Finance Advice Centre was a great move for me and my wife. We now have a lovely house we can call home and we look forward to dealing with Jonathan at mortgage review time in two years. I would highly recommend this company so give them a call you have nothing to lose but everything to gain !”

“Frustrated and disappointed with a previous broker, we contacted Finance Advice Centre and were put in touch with Rob Hannis and Callum Doherty - not only did they get us a better deal on two mortgages, we had our offers, valuations and completion within days of the first company even addressing our complaints! Service second to none - Rob and Callum go above and beyond with fees so low we had to keep checking! We'll be back. “This company is amazing. I was turnt down by high street lenders for a mortgage and I was close to giving up. I came across finance advice centre and I wasn't sure whether to proceed, after reading such amazing feedback I did. Words can't explain how excellent and helpful Nick Gill was. He reassured me he can help me and my partner get a mortgage, he constantly kept us updated and always replied almost straight away if we had any queries. I would recommend this company to anyone, have already recommend to my friends who will be using them. If you are hesitating whether to use them I would go for it because they really did such a great job. I finally got my mortgage and enjoying my first home with my partner. Thank you so much Nick Gill and Finance Advice Centre.”

“Right from the beginning the Finance Advice Centre has supported us in gaining a mortgage to buy our first home. After searching through the high street banks, to no avail due to my partner being self employed for only a short amount of time, Paul found us a great deal (better than we ever thought we'd be able to get). He was always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had, even during weekends and late on in the evenings, going above and beyond to provide us with the support and guidance we needed. As our case progressed we had an offer accepted on our house and we had received our official mortgage offer. Kayleigh supported us in dealing with the solicitors when a few issues arrised, she provided us with updates every week, chased the solicitors to provide us with updates and progress with our case as well as being at the end of the phone/ email when we had any questions. Kayleigh most definitely took some of the stress out of a stressful situation! Over all the Finance Advice Centre made it possible for us to buy a house much earlier than we thought we would be able to. We were provided with excellent, professional service and cannot thank Paul and Kayleigh enough!”

“Like many others probably are, I was a little apprehensive about using an on line agency, the thought of handing over thousands of pounds without actually meeting the agents in person or visiting the office troubled me a little bit. However, from the start of the process until completion, the support I got from the broker and his assistant was exceptional. They found me the best deal to meet my needs and situation, any questions or concerns I had were addressed and communications via telephone calls or emails were responded to immediately . Very impressed and very happy.”

Getting back in touch even out of hours which showed how committed he was . What a true professional. Big thank you Rob!!!!!!. Also a big thank you to Callum Doherty as well for getting us over line with mortgage and life cover updates.
