I like the link to credit score. Some of the officers sent are great, but they are usually general and not personalised or only available under certain conditions.

Overall, a very well put service. The app itself sometimes glitches and would automatically exit causing me to go back in again and has been happening over a few weeks.

After finding out that already being a loyal customer for a long time that the usual applies to rewards schemes. You don’t get the Flyby points unless you are a new customer .

I appreciate the attempt to assist me but, from what I can understand,the fault lies with the staff of SBS failing to investigate all the ramifications of the change they have made. If I am wrong then I apologise but I followed the suggested path of instructions but to no avail. But thank you for trying.
