“I liked the product, but unfortunately the UPS service was not great. The package was not only delayed, but it wasn't delivered at a pick up point (as indicated) but at my neighbour. I received no notification that it was delivered there. The app gave a confusing message. Like the shop, but will hesitate to order because of the delivery”
