“My delivery did not include all products I ordered. Then after letting them know it took almost a week for a confirmation of a new package, without any kind of apologizing.. now 3 weeks since my original order I still miss a product and the tracking still shows no info about the package.”

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the missing products in your delivery. We understand how frustrating it must have been for you to not receive all the items you had ordered.
The missing item has been shipped and the tracking will show active updates once it has been scanned into the shipping company's systems. With this particular shipping method it's when your parcel has reached a main distribution center in Germany.

“The quality of the blanket is top notch! No complaints there. The problem is that I am a very hot sleeper, so even their lightest blanket is too warm for me. Unfortunately, they do not accept returns, so now I have an extra blanket that I can't really use, except maybe for when I have guests stay over. Another issue is the cost of shipping to the US is very high (over $60 USD). Thank goodness the blanket was on a steep discount, otherwise I would not have been able to afford it.”
