“I have now purchased three items from First Class Watches and have to say that I have enjoyed first class service. My initial questions about specific products have been answered with extraordinary speed as have requests for general advice. The responses from the company have been clear and very much to the point. There has been no hint whatsoever that I was being steered one way or another - I have been left to make up my own mind. In other words no "pushiness" came my way. I have been able to make an offer for my purchases and this has resulted in the respective costs being lower than I have found anywhere else. The alacrity of shipping has also been remarkable (sometimes it's free, dependent on the price of the product) and I have always received items the next working day. The product list is extensive and relevant. If only all on line retailers gave this sort of service! I have nothing but praise for First Class Watches! Simply brilliant!”

“Hi, I am very pleased with your service and must congratulate you on the price you gave me. I paid £84 for this watch and it was on sale at my local retailer for £135. The only small thing was that I waited in all day for the delivery which never arrived on Friday. I received an email from the delivery company saying they had tried to deliver the watch but no one was in. They also advised that they had put a card through the door and I had to telephone the number on the card to advise a new delivery. Obviously there was no card for me to read as I was in all day. It arrived the next morning with no other explanation. I understand this was out of your control and no way reflected on your service. If I need another watch I will ofcourse be looking at your website and I will also recommend your service to my family and friends. Thanks again for a great deal. Regards Mark Thomson”

“I already have a Seiko "everyday" watch and I was looking for another one to wear on special occasions. The Seiko Kinetic SKA531P1 with its black dial and dark metal strap fitted my needs exactly. I then looked for a seller who was offering good value and had good customer reviews. First Class watches met both criteria, and I have been delighted with their service.”

“This is the second purchase we have made from First Class Watches. As always the service was excellent, we ordered the watch on the Sunday morning and it was delivered by 2pm on the Tuesday. We asked for the watch strap to be adjusted, which it was so when we gave it to our son on the following Saturday morning (the morning of his wedding), it fit perfectly! The watch itself, is a lovely design and although the watch looks heavy, the titanium makes it very light and easy to wear. As it's also 100m water resistant, we are sure our son is wearing it while he's swimming in the sea on his honeymoon. We would certainly recommend First Class Watches to anyone.”

“I purchased a hard to find watch from First Class. They had the watch and a superior video display of the product. My order went in and 48 hours later I had the watch without being gouged by higher shipping charges. I must say as someone who shops online quite a bit the experience with this company was excellent. When I go to upgrade my watch or have anyone ask me about a watch I am recommending First Class. Brilliant company and servicer is, you guessed it, first class.”
