“I was very very pleased to have a good science and English tutor but one of my tutors could not travel to me as she lived far so first tutors would not refund my money back which I thought was very unfair to me because it wasn't my fault the tutor cudnt travel.”

We give the tutor 10 days to respond regarding your feedback (which was positive and not reflecting your disappointment) to understand why she confirmed tuition and then cancelled. “Not good paid £19.99 to get in contact with Luke to find that he was fully booked . I'm not happy about that has money is tight and to get in contact I would have to pay again . Sheryl Fletcher”

“Sara was well prepared for the tutorial and very knowledgeable about the subject. She was very patient and used diagrams and pictures to show explanations. I felt much better about the subject (pharmacology) after our tutorial. I will definitely be contacting her again! Thanks Sara Judy”

“Great site, found tutor no problem, all communication was sent and received instantly so was happy to pay small commission fee once all arrangements had been agreed with potential tutor. very much looking forward to starting my mandarin lessons and would be happy to recommend FirstTutors to anyone interested in learning a new language.”
