“never responded to my request and missed the deadline for my exam... would like a refund of full pay ment”

We do have a specific procedure to follow when a tutor lets a client down in some way which entails leaving feedback on the tutor's profile to call them to account. “I found a few tutors here. I recommend that not to use reviews as the only source of judging a tutor's quality of teaching since I have had tutors who have a lot of excellent reviews but do not teach so well and tutors who have only a few reviews but teach much better.”

“Overall a its a good website to use as there are so many tutors to choose from.the only disadvantage is that your paying for the lessons which are quite expensive anyway plus you have to pay on the website before you can even arrange a lesson with a tutor. All to expensive in my opinion.”

“This webpage has been very helpful to find a teacher. As soon as I post my requirements, I started to receive messages from tutor. In my case, I checked profiles and distances and I only replied to one, but that one has been great! So In few days I met my tutor and start my lessons. The system is good and you can completely trust the webpage for payment!”

“I found the process, especially that after agreement with a tutor confusing and unclear as to what needed to be done. Also once a tutor is agreed I think the system should automatically inform other outstanding requests and closing them. I say this as a web site designer myself.”
