“I contacted 4 tutors, only 1 of whom was available. The site however, is easy to navigate and it's easy to pick and choose. The cost isn't explained upfront, and I feel should be regarding an introduction fee. I have found 2 excellent tutors through this site and that is the most important thing.”

“First tutors is an excellent way of finding a tutor in your area. I first used it on a Wednesday night and by the following Monday the tutor was sitting in my house teaching my son. Quick and easy to use, and first impressions are we’ve found a fantastic high quality tutor. Thanks!”

I can see that you have purchased the contact details of two tutors during 2018 and last purchased a tutor's contact details from the site in February 2019. We have not received any correspondence from you to indicate that you were dissatisfied with any of your tutors, so we have not been able to help you with any issues you may have had at the time.
