“The platform was responsive and quick. The postcode facility for NZ does not work and that made it difficult to use as the site kept asking for a correct postcode but didn't recognise the correct postcode.”

“I was nervous about committing to payment (introduction fee) through an online agency but need not have worried as I had enough information to know how local my tutor was and, as soon as I paid the introduction fee, I had full access to my tutor's contact details and was able to establish a rapport immediately.”

“Pleased with functionality but disappointed at range of tutors. To be offered an undergrad or someone fresh out of university with no teaching experience to teach A level is ridiculous. Some hourly rates far too high. Some naive tutors think an oxbridge degree will make them a good tutor and they can charge more. However- pleased with our choice.”

“The concept behind the website is brilliant however the website has bugs and is not intuitive. If it wasn't for my background in IT that allowed work arounds for the bugs and problems with the search engine I would have given up.”
