“Did what they said alltho a tad expensive to be honest”

“It's simple to use. There are a high array of options to choice from. It's personalised so you get a sense of the person you are selecting. It's appears a safe platform to use...and once you reach out to your preferred tutor, and paid £19.00 for full details you are able to work out an arrangement suitable for all party considered. I had a response straight away from the tutor I messaged and by day 2, I'd go a response from a tutor...no stress or fuss!”

“I found a good English teacher very quickly through First Tutors. I didn't need to pay for their service until I had accepted the teacher and then I was also advised that if I wasn't happy after meeting the teacher I could look for another teacher or have a refund - however I did not put this to the test as the teacher I found was very suitable for what I was looking for.”

“This is a good service and I have used them a number of times. However, they recommend that you choose up to 4 tutors when looking to appoint someone. To do this means you have to pay the unlock fee 4 times. I did this recently where I wanted to interview the potential tutor but luckily he was perfect so I had to pay only 1 fee.”

“The process is simple to follow and well laid out. Responses are prompt and useful. It is nice to make a simple introductory fee and then move on with your tutor, knowing you can come back to the service later on if needed.”

“Great to find a range of local piano teachers for my daughters. I contacted three, all of whom responded very promptly and we have lessons now very happily arranged all within a week - thank you First Tutors.”

“Some bits of the website are not that easy to navigate or change e.g. you need to deselect the nearest tutors and they keep popping up! However, the process they have set up with the tutors seems to work efficiently and quickly. I found the tutor referencing helped me narrow down a list of possible tutors. I would use this site again.”

“I would not have found a tutor within driving distance of where I live without First Tutors. The site was easy to use and my tutor is very friendly and lovely to spend time with. I am enjoying my learning experience.”
