“Hi, Realising the tutor number is very expensive and you do not know it will be a good tutor or not! Ofcourse you will charge some money but not that much amount! Specially a tutor is living in your area? Thanks”

Dear Sue, Thank you for your feedback. The intro fee helps cover the costs of ID checks, reference collection, qualification verification etc. which gives parents and students peace of mind. The feedback on tutor profiles from previous clients gives a good indication regarding quality/satisfaction of a tutor but ff you are not satisfied with the tutor we ask that you leave feedback on their profile expressing your disappointment, we then offer you another tutor at no further cost. “My son has had few lessons with Mr Humphrey,he is very professional and able to meet my sons needs. I am very pleased with the knowledge which he is passing over to my son.Looking forward and hoping that my son is going to come up with good GCSE grades this coming year. Definitely will recommend Mr Humphrey in future.”

“First Tutors website was easy to navigate and user friendly. I was looking for economics and Maths tutors for sixth form students and was able to find 5 of each in close proximity to the school. The process of obtaining members contact details was easy and they responded very quickly. The only negative I would say is that there are certain subject categories that are missing or could be better defined”

Dear David, We are sorry to hear that you have had problems with your tutor, but you did not contact us about them. We do have a set procedure to follow when a tutor lets you down in some way. “The website was very easy to understand and access. I have selected a maths tutor for my 11yr old daughter who has been worrying about her SATs. We have had an initial meeting with the tutor which went well and waiting for sessions to commence. I have recommended this site to friends.”
