“The tutor, Mark, is really superb. My main criticism is with communication. We seemed to be communicating on two separate sites with you as the intermediary and neither of us was sure whether our messages were getting across. It would have been better if we could have used email early. Apart from that, very satisfied.”

“Great for putting you in touch with tutors within hour area. My main gripe would be however that it’s not made clear to you that a) there is a cost to you, the client for sourcing the tutor, and b) what that charge is. It’s not until after you have been partly put in contact with the tutor you are interested in then it asks you for your card details to release the tutors personal contact details. I’ve no issue paying for this kind of service but I did think it was quite a bad way of doing things as you are always worried about being “scammed” these days with online things.”

“Magnificent. The tutor knows the subject, prepared ahead before the meeting and was able to lead the session without delay and remained engaged throughout the session and even finished before the time was up and requested to help further. Never had anyone who was so indepth with what's going on.”

“It does just as it says on the tin. List of tutors we selected the one for us. Made contact through the site. Paid a small fee to get tutors direct contact details. Now having regular Spanish lessons.”
