“Very helpful re accessing a range of different tutors. The only negative is that tutors are reluctant to provide even very basic location information like how far, or minutes walk, they are from the railway station due to company rules.”

“Not sure why prices range from £4.99 to £24.99 ? When would someone pay £4.99. Seems a bit misleading to have that price on there when it isn't a possibility. I found the site very easy to use and was exactly what I needed. My only grip was the price scale. Just say it as it is. No need to make people feel it might be cheaper that's it actually is. Apart from that an excellent website.”

“I like the idea of just the introduction fee. Information on the site was clear and there was detailed information about the tutors. Once the fee was paid, information came immediately. However, I do keep getting repeated emails about the same tutors who have contacted me because I haven’t opened them (because we have found a tutor). I think one reminder would be sufficient hence the ‘good’ review and not excellent.”

“Great site. Found the perfect tutor for our needs easily. Put any worries at ease by giving access to reviews and references etc. If on a budget please read small print before finding a tutor as there is a fee for releasing contact details.”

“Finding the tutor was easy but connecting with her was a bit challenging. Since some information is removed from the conversation, the context of the message was lost. The only way to have meaningful dialogue with the tutor is to buy their details. Hopefully, something can be done regarding it.”
