“I found a good number of tutors. I found the way the website works not so practical. I find it a bit hard to explain, it is about going back and forth re the different tutors that you contact, finding the messages back, the information you see first, then it has to be found somewhere else..”

“Simple to use and have found a person we were looking for to help our son. I wasn’t clear initially we had to pay a fee to get their details which was slightly frustrating. However it was worth paying it as we have now found someone.”

“We sent a request to the tutor and didn’t get a respond from him for one week. After arranging a free consultation ( by the tutor, in his convenient time Sunday morning ) we arranged our plans accordingly, but the tutor didn’t log in. Really disappointed.”

“Giovanni has been excellent, being patience, quickly assessing my linguistic standard and deciding on the best approach to improve. “Easy to access and pay fee of £20. Communication with tutor at the beginning to establish level of learning and nothing since despite further communications from my side. Now over a month. Don’t know if something is wrong or if tutor has changed their mind. At the moment I wouldn’t use this site again to find another tutor this has been reviewed and upgraded since a new tutor found. Acknowledgement of problem from first tutors and immediate offer to allow search for new tutor with no further fee.”
