“We have been looking for a tutor to help our son, who has special needs (ADHD). Unlike some other sites, First Tutors allowed us to search for people who had strong previous experience with people of his age, rather than sifting through a series of profiles that left us none the wiser about their skills and a little perturbed by their use of English. The cost of an introduction is minimal compared to the benefit of finding the right person. I would give First Tutors a perfect score if their site was a bit more intuitive. Phrases like "Release Details" might mean pay for contact, or it might mean release the tutor from further discussion (i.e. reject them). A bit of tweaking would make the process of paying for an introduction to tutor(s) a lot easier.”

“Easy to manoeuvre site with clear steps to contact tutors whose reviews are available for you to see.There are follow up emails sent to check you are happy with the site and the tutor chosen and if you email with any queries they are answered very promptly so you also receive a very personal service.I am very happy with the site and would definitely recommend.”
