Ordered a Ralph Lauren long sleeve top for a meal I had to go to, besides the £7.99 postage for regular postage. The top arrived on time but the top was wrong in every way, the size wasn’t the one I ordered clearly and the sleeve cuffs where baggy and wide which wasn’t in the description. Now I have to pay to return it aswell and won’t see my money for 28 days! Won’t be using again

Purchased on line and and Collected clothing in store - staff very helpful and assisted as best they could NOT HAPPY WITH COMPANY POLICY THAT ON LINE PURCHASE CANT BE RETURNED TO STORE PLEASE ADVISE THIS ON WEB SITE . IF YOU COLLECT IN STORE YOU MUST GO THRU THE EFFORT OF TAKING TO POST OFFICE ETC ETC TO RETURN. THE REASON I WENT TO STORE TO COLLECT WAS TO AVOID RETURNING VIA POST

The only negative review I had is that I purchased an item online and selected delivery as collect in store. I was still charged for delivery so I emailed customer service requesting a refund for the delivery charge but was told i will not get refund as it is a different department.

I purchased a Givenchy hat from yourselves online and came in store to collect it, when I openeded up the packaging the hat was extremely creased. I was upset at the fact I he’s spent so much money on a hat and his came creased not in shape.

Bought a top which said true to size so I ordered my normal size it came and it was absolutely massive so went to store and in store you can only exchange and cannot return it and get the money on a gift card and then I tried a top on which was the same size as the one I bought and it fit perfectly so I do not think you should advertise true to size on everything when it clearly isn’t.

Great variety and good outlet deals. But for a high end store it’s ooor that the delivery isn’t free over a certain price or that returns aren’t free.

Ordered a Camouflage Moschino T-shirt next day delivery £9.99 as I needed it to go away for the weekend. When ordering online apparently if they don’t have the size you want in stock they automatically change the item to the closest thing they have in stock (without advising or a warning), So when I recieved my package it was a plain black Moschino T-shirt not the camo I had picked, I then had to go to the nearest Flannels store in my area to swap the tshirt to a completely different top as they had none of the original item in stock either. This should be rectified on this website to advise customers items are not in stock instead of changing the item automatically with no notification. I Paid £9.99 NDD to save me travelling to the store to then have to take the item back myself anyway, which I feel was a total waste of money & could have been avoided.

Delivery was great but disappointed with the item. As I live in Mexico the cost of returning the item is prohibitive. I have four D&G T-shirt’s size 54 so I ordered based on that. The description said fits true to size, which was not correct. It is an oversized t-shirt which is huge. I now have to pay to get the item altered, so it will not be the same.

This is based soley and delivery charge. I think well over priced to charge £6.99 for ever order regardless of delivery method - home or click/connect. Product great, delivery great but many companies offer free/reasonable charge - shame.

This was my first order and it has been in short a nightmare. I ordered a Fendi bag and selected delivery (paying £7) to store as I didn't know if I would be able to sign for it. I wasn't given a tracking number and told that I would receive an email when it arrived in store. It hasn't arrived/ no email has been recieved. The money was already taken out of my account. Since then your team has been liaising with DPD but it is after the 3-5days and I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for the bag. I'm a little disappointed as I was excited to make my first designer purchase with you and remain hopeful that the bag will return in perfect condition. However, the customer service and situation in itself has not been ideal. I am especially dissapointed as you have been a site promoted by youtubers and I believe associated with House of Fraser and Sports Direct but your service is not at all in line with luxury customer service or any customer service (I've worked for both Harrods and Liberty). Also, I am suspicious that I was given the option to send to a store that doesn't exist (Flannels Brixton) as I can't seem to find it on Google Maps. I'll continue to investigate this issue on my own, but I'm saddened by the whole experience.

I originally ordered a Gucci belt in your Meadowhall store, was told it would be 5-10 working days, after 12 working days (almost 3 weeks) I called into the shop as I hadn't heard anything. After waiting around 15 minutes while the staff looked for my belt, i had been sent a totally different belt to what i had ordered. I got a refund. I then order the same belt online, it came within 3 days which was great but didn't even come in a Gucci dustbag or any sort of Gucci packaging. When your paying £245 for a branded belt you expect the brands packaging not a cheap flannels pouch. Not happy with the service of flannels at all. I won't be recommending you to anyone.
