Ordered a Vivienne Westwood top for a present. It came with several marks down it. After paying £6 delivery and then having to pay to return it but not being a fault of mine, I do not think this is acceptable especially when buying an expensive top. I went to the store and asked for an exchange which they were reluctant to do as they couldn’t re-sell and said flannels online and shop stores have a different online systems.

I’ve noticed If your not dressed appropriately you will be ignored by Flannels sales assistants not good practice as I came to pick up an order I do not receive this ignorant treatment In Selfridges or HarveyNichols do better

We have shopped with Flannels for a number of years and have spent a considerable amount of money either in store or online. We are both still really confused and disappointed in the way the online orders work and can’t believe that a company so big and with its reputation can’t sort out its returns to in store. Surely it’s should follow suit of smaller business and satisfy the customer by allowing exchanges or refunds in store if purchased online. This has now been ongoing for a number of years and was told that this issue would be shortly resolved, how wrong was I. Hopefully in the near future this can be rectified as it causes a lot of problems which can be easily sorted. Other than that I love Flannels

Paid for next day delivery took 2 days , always find your postage charges ridiculous, £10 wasted on next day delivery

There is no online customer service and the website did not make explicit that the Golden Goose trainers are lumped into one category but are in fact men’s and women’s. Therefore if you’re an 8, like me, then you’re buying men’s shoes, which are unlikely to fit most women’s feet as they are naturally a slimmer shape. I paid an extortionate amount for postage to be delivered in store, unable to return them in store so had to post them back via special delivery due to the high value. The whole experience cost me around £20 to try on a pair of shoes that were never going to fit me! I must say, the staff in store were impeccable. Extremely helpful, let me try on about 5 different pairs to work out which style could fit me. I’m really grateful for their help. Shame the same can’t be said about the online service.

Made an order of a louboutin bag and shoes just after Christmas which then got cancelled as the bag out of stock! Shoes still in stock so ordered again, this time they got cancelled even though when I called shoes were in stock. Ordered a third time which got successfully delivered BUT.... all three orders were charged for, over £1600!!!! Had to wait nearly theee weeks for funds to be returned to my bank. Not happy at all. I called and emailed only to be told there’s nothing flannels can do!!! Why orders are taken when the stock levels aren’t accurate is beyond me, I had to juggle bills and source money from elsewhere due to the amount taken by yourselves and was actually overdrawn for a few days and received charges!! This fell on deaf ears. Needless to say it has put me off ordering from you again. Always purchased from the Birmingham store but I can honedtly say don’t think I will after the way I have been treated 😔 I’m so disappointed in the service I received, it really was a lot of trouble for me right after Xmas!!

P&P cost is extortionate - absolutely no need to charge such an amount. I forgot to include an item within my order and contacted your customer services immediately. They said it was too late & wanted to charge me another expensive p&p fee. No gesture of goodwill - no offer to provide a free p&p code. The company is simply greedy - it's clearly all about profit.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience of dealing with Flannels. Firstly, I paid for next day delivery and did not received the goods until the day after that. I wrote to inform them and they have said they have refunded me (not yet had statement). The state the clothes arrived in was appalling (with the exception of 2 items which came in the polyhthene bags). The clothes were horrendously creased and actually looked worn. I had to do what I could as they were Christmas presents. Again, I wrote to Flannels to express this and they requested photographs, which is fair enough, however, given the proximity to Christmas I could not do this. After spending such a large sum and this experience I am not sure if I would shop here again.

The item I ordered was what I expected but Flannels delivery policy is very poor compared to other high end retailers where delivery or click and collect and returns are free. Specifically, an item bought online cannot be returned in store so I had to pay to return which is annoying and inconvenient; I would not order from Flannels again for the above reasons.

I have recently bought a cp company goggle hoodie and it did not come with its cp company pull tag that Is show in the picture on your website was little disappointed

I ordered 3 T-shirt’s from flannels and all are different sizes yet say the same on the tag. I then ordered two replacement T-shirt’s a size bigger than the last for these to not fit either. I then phoned up the shop to find out if I could bring in this clothes to change them and was told no. I will never order from flannels again as totally disappointed with the quality and sizing of these clothes

This website is terrible compared with other online retailers. The returns policy is not clear, not only do you have to pay to return, you are not given a preferred postage service which opens the returned items to risk and liability. Not competitive in this increasingly online-focused retail market. Would not be buying from them again.

Having already placed an online order, the following day I received an email offering free delivery. I had also received notification from Flannels that my parcel was going to be delivered on a certain day but when I went to track my parcel through DPD, their website claimed that they had yet to receive the parcel. When I submitted a complaint online through the Customer Services to ask about my parcel and wether I would still be entitled to fee delivery, I found the response very unhelpful. Especially as I had completed all the shopping I wished to do

One of the items ,I bought online and delivered to my house,Was the wrong size,I took it back to the store and they refused to take it that I have to post it back.That is bizarre.Other shops do accept things bought online.I was very unhappy with that.
