Very expensive delivery and returns. Slightly damaged goods on arrival. Will avoid Flannels in the future.

I ordered a belt 3 times inn flannels. All 3 times I have received an email to say not in stock. Just not good enough. If it’s not in stock then say it on the website Ordered a purse as well. No problems

Item was delivered quickly and on tine but got reduced as soon as it was delivered. I have sent 3 emails to customer service with a reply theres nothing they can do so now i have to send the item back to reorder exactly the same thing to get it at the reduced price so this is my first and last time ordering from you. I work in retail myself and as a good will gesture if things go on sale we put the difference back on a gift card to still spend with us otherwise the customer has the right to refund the item anyway and re buy at the reduced price anyway

I really like the website and the use of the app, good selection of clothes, shoes and accessories. However some of the discount or offer codes sent do not always work/apply. I messaged post order to seek a refund for a code that clearly had not worked and was accused of lying by customer service. Therefore can only state that customer service to date has been poor and delivery charges are quite high compared to other stores (hence 2). That being said delivery is are speedy and state a delivery hour slot which can easily be changed. Which is convenient.

I find the delivery service you offer unacceptable. 6.99 for delivery to your home when other stores offer it at £3.95 or free over a certain price yet your store doesnt? Also pay £6.99 to be delivered to store and get a £10.00 voucher to spend in store only, why not offer this to spend online also? Most stores offer delivery to a store for free. It's a big con and does not encourage me to shop here frequently at all.

I recieved the items i bought for a christmas present and was disappointed when they arrived as the box to the armani boxers i purchased was broken on all sides and selotaped up. When i contacted customer service to say i was disappointed as they looked like they were off a market stall and wouldnt have time to send them bk before xmas the response was that the box is purely for the safety of the product to protect them from damage in transit... well this box was definately not fit for purpose then and im pretty sure emporio armani marketing would not say the box was for transportation only. Very disappointed that this was a gift and it looked terible and by the companys response. I would not rush to purchase from this company again.

Although I was pleased with the actual belt. The packaging was very disappointing. This was a gift, so when arrived I didn't expect it to come in a box that was all battered and squashed. I know this item was in the sale but at no point did it say the item was seconds (which it clearly looked like). This it probably down to the delivery company but I think u should pack a boxed item inside another box!

Came fairly quick however I did pay £10 for delivery. 400 pound trainers and the box came all smashed. Not very happy

Communication is really bad - Paid for next day delivery, did not arrive, had to call and chase. Was told it would be dispatched that day. Did not advise 1 item was out of stock and the first I know is Xmas Eve when package delivered and then to late to locate elsewhere - thanks for spoiling the recipients Xmas ....

My husband went to collect online and was ignored by staff. Eventually he got someone’s attention who went to find order. After what seemed like ages a guy brought parcel up and just put it on till and walked off, no is this your order or anything. Girl then asked if she could help him!!!!!! Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I only shop there as our son likes the junior range. And as for you selling fur... don’t even get me started on that...you should be ashamed of yourselves!

I’ve received my confirmation of items returned but been days now since any refund for them if you have the items you should refund straight away I also paid for next day didn’t arrive for 2 days
