Products fantastic, paid £10 for next day delivery and it wasn’t delivered until 2 days later even though i ordered prior to 2pm

Paid next day delivery didn't receive parcel until following day had to send a parcel back sm currently awaiting a refund hopefully will get asap

Paid for next day delivery on 2 items - they came separate over a two day period (my next day was refunded) have sent the balenciaga race runners back as there were 2 distinctive marks on the one shoe, I’m assuming it was the display trainer ? Anyway I’m awaiting a refund

Took too long compared to other company in UK. End up paying import duties and tax compared to nothing with other company. It’s been at least 10 days, I still don’t have my order.

You sent the wrong item to the one ordered. When I went to re order the correct item it was no longer available Currently I am still awaiting my refund

Unable to return items to store- shoebox arrived with water marks, and the bottom of the shoes with scratches like they had been worn

First of all I spent £350 on two items which I can’t get anywhere else and they charge £6.99 delivery! I feel for an order that price delivery should be free. Also I emailed regarding this and no reply this was very disappointing. When items came the trainers I got were lovely however the box is all broken and it clearly left the store like this as it was well packed. If I had time before Christmas I would have sent it back as when giving the gift over it will look like we got them of a cheap batch. Very disappointed in their service

When I’ve purchased my vivienne westwood red medium matilda bag it said the bag was £400 but reduced to £280 but when bag arrived the tag itself said £295. Although at end of day, I’ve paid £280 like agreed, I still think its wrong that flannels advertise a product on website with wrong price and giving customers a false indication they have found a bargain when in reality they haven’t.

Very bad customer service,I had to return part of my order because the products were low quality,not even resembling the pictures and I’ve emailed then a few days ago and haven’t received an answer regarding refund.

Not great so far. The jeans I ordered were too big. I’ve sent them back and have heard nothing. So you have my money and I have no jeans

I won’t be buying again. I thought the P&P charged was expensive but when I came to return the items was stunned you didnt offer a paid for returns service This puts you well off the pace with your competition and will prevent me from using you again for mail order

Unbelievable that I bought £550 trainers & was charged £6.99 for collection in Store! The website is designed so that it automatically inserts this fee. I spoke of my dismay to staff in the shop who were so kind and professional and equally shocked but aware of the fee and said there was nothing that could be done as it is company policy. So collection of these shoes not only cost me £6.99 but £3.50 carparking too, as a family we buy so much on line but I would never use Flannels for on line shopping again - complete exploitation of the customer

Was disappointed with the quality I received and the customer service I received after raising my issue. The box was mouldy underneath, the the soles of the shoes looked worn including the insides. You wouldn't want to give these as a gift. Decided not to return them as I was told these were the last pair left in the size wanted and had been looking all over for these shoes for a long time. Was offered £10 refund as a good will gesture but think that's utterly poor considering I've just spent £267.00

Order Collection. Entered a quiet store, but checkout already had 2 customers with problems. Staff were slow & seemed unsure of procedures. After what seemed a good 10 minutes i was finally served only then to be gazumped by another customer whilst i waited for my collection. Finally passed to another member of staff (whom could have been on the tills/checkout to begin with) to finish. The whole process felt tedious. Appreciate it’s a busy period but there were no more than 5 people in the store. One member of staff was doing a display & checkout was busy. Perhaps she could have help out & saved me such a long wait. There was no apologies.

Really disappointing to order a white Ralph Lauren t-shirt for it to arrive with a black stain down the front of it!! Surely this should be checked before delivery 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not received my items which was ordered on the 6th December Received messages it is being processed no text message of delivery at Flannels vicars lane leeds. I am very disappointed as it was a birthday gift and paid £6.99 for delivery as standard. And as yet not received text message of delivery
