If you wish to buy an item expect any help to be slow, not acknowledging your wishes, and again SLOW. It’s takes minutes to pay for an item, the transactions is put through almost immediately, yet a refund is a minimum of two weeks to be received, ridiculous.

Delivery was prompt but men’s size 10 slippers were too small They were labelled a 10 but they were not a 10 expensive for delivery and return postage !

The delivery was very poor I paid for next day delivery on the 28th night and received the package on the 1st of December, there was no attempt to redeliver and any contact i made with them about wanting to come and collect the parcel from them was ignored or answered in a stupid manner that didn't answer my question.

My shoes must of been a return the box was battered and dirty and the shoes had minor marks on them

I was quite disappointed with the item I ordered. Before doing so I checked the sizing information to ensure I had picked the correct size. There was nothing that suggested the shirt was designed to be worn over sized, or that it was baggy. So I paid £7 delivery for nothing really, quite angry to be honest, wanted to order something else but this has put me off, aswell as the delivery charge!!

Think the fact you have to pay for delivery which is £6.99 to get it to your house and returning an item, you have to pay for that as well. You can’t even return to the shop. Think this is so bad especially when the items bought are so expensive.

Orderd on the Black Friday deal to get a £50 voucher back still no voucher, even after emailing the complaints team. Tried calling and you just get hung up on after waiting in a que.

I recently purchased gifts to take advantage of the £50 voucher. I was disappointed that after spending £250 I had to pay £6.99 for delivery. I will also have to pay the delivery charge again after spending the £50. Too much messing around for the sake of a small saving.

I purchased a Paul Smith shirt that was reduced in the black Friday sale. Due to the demand, there was no option to collect at a store, therefore, delivery costs £6.99. The shirt itself was supposed to be a large, but this was a small large. I asked about an exchange and was told that I would have to pay another £6.99 to exchange. Appalling customer services and returns policy mean I won't be using this store again. The shirt itself is a good quality as I'd expect with Paul Smith but Flannels are only interested on lining their pockets.

\ Paid 7.99p delivery charges to received a 75pound Vivienne Westwood t shirt in a dirty torn box t shirt screwed in a ball. Not a great advert for Flannels would have returned but that would have cost me further expense as you charge for returning goods!!!!!!!

Regular customer of flannels spend a lot of money wanted a tracksuit instore. They didn’t have the size so I asked the colleague if he could order it for me to the store he said no so I had to go online to order the products myself. Joke considering the future will be online shopping and money I was spending

Spent £1126.99 on a Fendi handbag, on Thurs 21/11/18, spoke to staff at the Middlesborough store and was informed that I would still be eligible to receive the Black Friday weekend deal 22/11/18 as there was only one of these items available on the website, the other was in the Liverpool store. When I checked the website over that weekend the item was still available. When I contacted your customer services I was informed that Flannels would not be honouring this deal. Disappointed that the company has conned me out of £200. I trusted your company and thanked the staff at Middlesborough for being helpful, how wrong you can be!!!!!!

Ordered a Michael Kors bag. It arrived quickly however very disappointed by the packaging of the bag and the condition. High end retailers like Flannels should not be sending out goods in this condition. No internal package at all so it arrived in a plastic outer with only a black Flannels inner bag. No padding to stop crushing etc. Also there was no wrapping of the metal components so it had either been used and or a display. Either way it had scratches on the clasp and was generally in a well handled condition. Email customer services who did respond with a request for photos. I duly sent these back and returned the bag via registered post as advised by Flannels. I emailed customer services to advise of the return and have yet to receive a reply. Sent on 22nd Nov. And waiting for the refund. To return it cost £7.30 together with the delivery charge had left me out of pocket for a shoddy item! Not happy and will not recommend Flannels.
