Had an issue paying for the item. Used one card and it didn’t work and then my second card didn’t work either and therefore lead to phoning the bank which took an hour as it got flagged due to your security of your website that you may want to sort out!! I am a regular customer and don’t understand why this happened. You may want to investigate your websites security. Thanks Scott

I’ve ordered twice from Flannels. The first time my order was cancelled after a day as there was no stock left in my size apparently. Not sure why it was then never updated on the site as I checked after. The second time I ordered what I thought was a grey dress (all the photos were of a grey dress) to find out from the Confirmation email that is was navy. Was unable to cancel even though I emailed back straight away - not a huge problem. However when the dress arrived it was gold lurex. Since shipping is £6.99 and I had to pay for return of postage I’m hoping when I finally get a refund that the postage will all be returned to me. Probably won’t risk ordering from there again.

For the price you pay for stuff I didn't expect it to be folded poorly, stuffed into a bag and arrived looking like ive owned it for the past 3 years and dont own a iron! One item that bad its being sent back because not paid that much for a shirt for it to be packaged so poorly, swear I paid £7 postage and packaging too.

Delivery was fast but wrong design on sweatshirt. Fast to respond but have taken sweatshirt off website so unsure as wether to return? As desired sweatshirt is no longer advertised?

I am happy with my purchase and the delivery time however I think the delivery charges are extremely expensive especially for the standard delivery. Also when my parcel was delivered the bag was left under an umberella by the side of my house which I think is unacceptable as the parcel was worth £85. It wasn’t kept in a safe place which means it could of been easily taken.

Paid for next day delivery & received standard delivery. Took 2-3 days to arrive, wouldn't have paid the extra if i knew I wasn't going to get the service I paid for.

I spent £1295 and was charged £6.99 for deliver. Which is shocking as the deliver address was Flannels store in Leicester. I was issued with £10 voucher. Thank you Flannels for the £3.01

Poor compared to your rivals especially Matches, Selfridges and mr Porter. You need to look at the customer journey, the packaging and the tone of your email correspondence when an error occurs. Overall I order less from flannels for these reasons.

To be honest I’m a little disappointed at the moment. My order was meant to be delivered on the 5th Nov by dpd. I waited in on the time slot they gave me but they didn’t turn up. They then gave me a new time slot for the 6th Nov. Once again I was waiting in for the delivery, which once again didn’t get delivered. The reason stated is they don’t have my details to deliver. Now, although I have had my time wasted twice and that I’ve paid for delivery of my items I have to go out of my way and pick the items up that I have ordered.

I placed an order to collect at my local Store it arrived late and by that time I’d had to go elsewhere to buy. I went to the shop when I’d received notification of the arrival to get a refund to be told I couldn’t be refunded there I would have to take my order home, ring customer services for them to send me a bag to return my order. Then I would receive my refund. I asked whether the store could sent it back I was told not but they took my number and said a manager would ring me the following morning. No phone call my lunch time so I had to call the shop, I didn’t speak to a manager I spoken to the same gentleman from the evening before who had advised his manager had said they could in fact send my order back but I would have to wait until it had arrived back at the warehouse for my refund and it would take a further 5 working days from there. I have shopped at flannels for years, and to be honest this is the first time I’ve received such bad customer service, it has actually put me off ordering from you online again

Was not to happy with my experience as I ordered a tracksuit to be delivered to the store and upon collecting it there was only a tracksuit top with no bottoms I have rung customer service and have been informed it will be sent out that was 2 days ago and still haven’t had confirmation it has been ordered

Order came on time but one shoe had staining to the sole like they where worn or returned before so i sent back waiting for refund now.

Bought a MA strum jumper came faulty with no badge... had to travel to my local store which is 35 miles away... had to exchange it for something else because they didn't have the jumper I had... then had to swap for something that wasn't as good quality

Ordered the 12 ounce skinny stretch stone island jeans but i received the regular tapered ones. I rang up to enquire about this and was hung up on by a member of your staff and then rang again and didn't even get an apology for that also was only refunded off my delivery. Therefore, I now have to pay an extra £30 to get them tailored to fit.

Happy with item. However click and collect was awful. Service was really disappointing. Staff were talking whilst I was waiting at the till, and could see I was waiting at the till. My item came out in a tight packed postal bag, which is rediculous cosidering I payed £455 for it. Item was creased and wasn’t hung up. Lady who served me was not helpful in the slightest she did not ask me if I was happy with my item she simply put it in a carrier bag and sent me on my way. Awful service for the price I payed. Really disappointed as a regular customer of flannels.
