Poor packaging , only 1 zip bag for 4 expensive t-shirts ! Loads better packaging from Ted Baker, Jack Wills was very disappointed.

Product was fine, but I sent an email to customer services regarding my deliver as I got sent various texts saying it would be delivered on certain days, then no time slots. I didn’t get any response from customer services when I asked for advice to where my parcel was.

Generally decent website and selection of goods but let down by expensive delivery costs with no free returns. Most shops offer either free delivery or free returns. Also the option to collect in store should be at a much reduced rate or even free like other comparable outlets.

I have been shopping with Flannels for sometime now. The reason l prefer Flannels is their speedy delivery and the option to collect your parcel at your prefer collection point if your not in. The delivery is a heafty fee compare to other on-line. Shops. However 2 weeks ago l placed my order as usual, and l we expecting a txt message from theDPD with an attachment. The attachment is usually a barcode which needed to be scan before the parcel is handed to you at the collection points. In this occasion the DPD did not txt the bard code to me. So, l had no way of collecting my parcel. I contact Flannels by email twice and l explained the situation.. I have learnt that the customer services at Flannels are the most laziest and unhelpful. I was told to contact DPD myself. In business this doesn’t make sense at all. If Flannels who have the contract with DPD not me, l have paid a hefty fee so l can have my delivery, the fee includes the service when things goes wrong. If l spent my time chasing DPD what is the point for Flannels to employ customer service team? If l was given a choice to choose my courirer and then l would have taken the responsibility of my parcel, and chase up the courier. This was the worst example of company not wanting to take their responsibility.

Annoying that I have to pay for postage incoming and also on any returns. It puts me off buying more clothing etc just in case stuff doesn't fit

Never had a problem with flannels in the past but this time I was gutted about the packaging of my item. The box I got the belt in was all damaged and has pen marks on, for something which wasn’t cheap and was being a 21st birthday gift just wasn’t the standard you’d expect.

Everything with Flannels was great but unfortunately the delivery wasn’t. I asked for a next day delivery as it was very important I had the parcel. I was told that the parcel had gone missing and I wouldnt have the parcel for the weekend.

Absolutely love the actual shoes however the box is wrecked. Actually looking to buy an empty box as I'm embarrassed to give it as a gift. Rang my closest store to ask if I could come in and swap the box, and they said they couldn't do anything with online orders. Yet to locate a contact number for customer services as everything leads to FAQ pages and no actual contact details. If you want to sell high end products I would expect the service to be as high end, wouldn't get a box this damaged at a Dolce & Gabbana store or their website.

I had terrible problems with my orders and the website. When I ordered a coat it said there was a problem so I te-ordered and ended up with two coats. When I e-mailed immediately to cancel one nothing happened. It took forever to get through on the phone and after a few e-mails I still received the two coats. I won’t be ordering again in a hurry.

I ordered two sizes of the same boot to try. I used the click and collect service and received various emails regarding deliveries that did not seem to make sense. Then a few days later before I was able to collect my parcel, I received an email that one of my orders has been cancelled (reason - changed mind) and picked up my order to only find one size had been dispatched.

Very expensive postage cost for a standard delivery. I arranged for my parcel to be delivered to a nearby Halfords and was delayed. I planned to take the item I ordered on holiday and due to the delay I had to collect it afterwards

Was given delivery date by DPD, waited in between 1800-1900, parcel didn't arrive. I was then given another delivery time for the next day, this time the parcel did arrive but the product still had the security tag attached. I tried to contact flannels online only to find the costumer service procedures very difficult/misleading. I then had to go to store in Leeds to have the tag removed, without even an apology. Last time ill be using flannels, which is a shame because they sell some naughty gear!

Although the postage was quick. The Fendi jumper i purchased had previously been worn, it was bitty and in no plastic packaging, the collar was also stretched, to pay such an amount for something i would expect it to be nothing less that perfect condition.

I ordered a item that I paid for, on receipt it was damaged. I have sent the item back at a cost of £4.95 and have not been offered to have my costs covered. The money for the item has been refunded. I would like to receive my return costs back.

I have recently had to purchase the same kenzo tshirt twice from your website. When you type in men’s kenzo tshirt on google it directs you to a tshirt with pink writing, nowhere on the page on your website does that state that it’s women’s, therefore I have had to order another top which was men’s! At £85 each plus £7 delivery on both orders I’m not best happy! As it doesn’t state on the page that the top is ladies or men’s!

Should give an option of free postage if you spend over a certain amount I paid £9.99 for next day delivery and received my order two days later! I tried to enquire about this several times to no success! The only online shop that you have to take returns back to the post office and pay for. You need to keep up with the other online shopping outlets flannels. There’s zero loyalty to your customers. No free returns, expensive next day delivery and no loyalty points - disappointment!!!

I ordered a vivienne westwood belt of the website, it came very quickly which was amazing which is why ive given the 2 stars. I ended up receiving the wrong belt. I rang customer services so many times to see why they sent me the wrong one. I was told they would get back to me and they never did so this is why i kept having to ring. They werent very helpful atall. I wouldnt normally mind but i paid alot of money for the belt so i wanted the one i ordered. In the end i gave up and just sent the belt back and im waiting for my full refund. Not very happy atall. Not sure if ill be ordering from flannels again.
